NOV 22, 2018 —
Hi All,
I hope you are all well.
Julian Assange Petition Signature rate is increasing rapidly.
Today we delivered the Free Julian Assange Petition Notice 15, to the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and all 226 elected Senators & Members that comprise the entire Australian Government.
Every single one of those politicians has been delivered by email Petition Notice 15 that clearly states that: We the people comprising over 13,000 signatories to the petition hold the Australian Government 100% responsible for the safety as well as securing the immediate freedom of Julian Assange. For 6.5 years the Australian government has done nothing meaningful that we the people can identify to free an Australian Citizen and Journalist whose human rights are being violated, for purely publishing facts.
Julian Assange has not been charged with any crime, Julian Assange has committed no crime, Julian Assange is a journalist that published 100% factual news revealing systemic government corruption and war crimes. Since those publications and evidence of illegality by government agencies, those very same governments have been working to permanently silence and kill Julian Assange.
Let it be known that as far as we the people are concerned, Julian Assange is a hero and let it be known, this hero we will not permit to be assassinated.
With huge momentum now building across all forms of "legal" activism and a concerted effort to raise community awareness of the injustice perpetrated against Julian Assange, against all the odds, we will Free Julian Assange.

Status: Over 13,001 signatures as at 23rd November, 2018
Petition To: The Hon. Scott Morrison, MP
Prime Minister of Australia
Petition To: The Hon. Marise Payne, Senator
Minister for Foreign Affairs
cc All Hon. Senators and MP’s
The Australian Parliament
Dear Prime Minister & Foreign Minister
This petition passed 13,000 signatures and is accelerating. We the people will no longer accept the “Arbitrary Detention” and Torture of Mr Julian Assange. We demand efforts to immediately facilitate the lawful return of his freedom, this hero we will not permit to be silenced or assassinated.
The cruel and heartless abuse of an internationally acclaimed journalist and Australian Citizen who has not been charged with any crime must end by way of intervention by the Australian Government. The people can no longer stand by and allow the Australian Government to complicitly permit by way of blatant inaction the fundamental abuse of the most basic human rights of Mr Julian Assange.
Over the past few days we have examined evidence revealing the government of the USA had infact conspired to extradite Julian Assange for simply performing the diligent duties of a Journalist. Further to that reports indicate the Australian Government may have been aware of this in 2010.
The Australian Government has been informed that we hold the Australian Government fully responsible for the safety of Julian Assange and the lawful return of his freedom. The Australian Government has had over 6.5 years to act on behalf of an Australian Citizen and the Australian Government has done nothing that the people can identify in the way of meaningful assistance.
Julian Assange is an Australian Citizen who has not been charged with any crime and yet has been "arbitrarily” detained for over 6 years and in addition is enduring over 237 days of torture in the form of continuous solitary confinement. He has been deprived of sunlight, contact with the outside world and proper healthcare. The United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner on Feb. 5, 2016 determined that Julian Assange's “Arbitrary Detention should be brought to an end and that Mr. Assange should be afforded the right to compensation”.
In a Democracy it is the legal and overwhelming demands of the people that the government is guided by. Recent polling indicates between 80% & 91% of Australians want the Australian Government to secure Julian Assange’s freedom by guaranteeing no USA Extradition on charges that would contradict the USA’s own Constitution’s 1st Amendment if exercised against a USA Citizen.
Yours Faithfully,
Phillip Adams
Australian Citizen & on Behalf of Julian Assange’s family and over 13,000 Petition Signatories
