School Shootings that the U.S. Government Finances

Introduction

Mass-murders routinely occur in many places around the United States, and dominate the headlines each time. The killers aren’t funded by the U.S. Government. But when mass-murders happen in the U.S. vassal-nation of Ukraine ever since 2014, and especially now, they are hidden from the public, instead of being broadcast to the public, whenever U.S. taxpayers are funding the mass-murderers (such as is often the case). 

An American who lives in the breakaway Donbass former region of Ukraine, Russell “Texas” Bentley, issued an eloquent article on June 16th, about a recent sequence of these mass-murders that are being peretrated by U.S.-backed racist-fascist anti-Russian troops of the Ukrainian Government, against, especially, schools in that breakaway region. On May 24th, 2022, an 18 year old psychopath named Salvator Ramos attacked an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, and murdered 19 children and 2 teachers, before himself being killed by an off-duty Border Patrol agent. International media, along with all decent people in the world condemned the murderous rampage and the ruthless killer of innocent children and teachers. And how could it be otherwise? There simply is no possible excuse or justification, no "mitigating circumstance", in which random attacks on schools and the massacre of teachers and schoolchildren can ever be anything but a horrendous and horrific crime, of the worst type possible and condemned in every instance, in the strongest unequivocal terms. Right? RIGHT?

During the period from 28 April to 11 May of 2022, the European Council on Foreign Relations polled 8,172 respondents who were in ten European countries, on the question “Who is mainly responsible for the outbreak of the war in Ukraine?” and here were the options that were presented:

 

“Russia”

“Ukraine, the EU, or the US”

“None of these”

“Don’t know”

 

And these were the poll's results, which the ECFR published on June 15th:

U.S & UK Announce Aim to Create New Anti-Russia Military Alliance

Because of their unexpected difficulties in getting Ukraine and Finland into their existing anti-Russia military alliance, NATO; both the U.S. and the UK Governments are now trying to create a new anti-Russian military alliance consisting of only themselves plus nations that border on Russia, so that U.S. & UK nuclear missiles can become posted onto Russia’s border a mere five-minutes-flying-time away from their blitz-nuclear-annihilating Moscow — too short a time for Russia to be able to launch its retaliatory weapons. The goal is to conquer Russia in such a fast manner that Russia won’t be able to retaliate to a sudden U.S. and UK nuclear attack. Ever since at least 2006, the goal has been to do this (it’s called “Nuclear Primacy” — the ability for the U.S. to win a nuclear war against Russia). However, obtaining this result from NATO is turning out to be too slow, if it will be able to be achieved, at all. And, therefore, the U.S. and UK Governments have designed an alternative method, which might be quicker.

U.S. Ukraine Policy Leads U.S. Inflation-Rate Higher   Eric Zuesse, June 12, 2022   As-of the latest reported month, which was May 2022, the annual inflation-rate in the U.S. for “Fuel Oil” is 106.7% (see “Table A. Percent changes in CPI for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U): U.S. city average”, which document also notes that “The index for fuel oil more than doubled, rising 106.7 percent; this represents the largest increase in the history of the series, which dates to 1935.”). The second-highest rise is for “Gasoline (all types)” 48.7%. The third-highest is “Utility (piped) gas service” 30.2%. Those are the three highest-inflation-rate categories among the 14 categories that the U.S. BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) tracks (which 14 categories also include the following 11: Food at home, Food away from home, Electricity, Commodities, New vehicles, Used cars and trucks, Apparel, Medical care commodities, Shelter services, Transportation services, and Medical care services). All 14 of those categories together inflated at an annual rate of 8.6%, as-of May 2022.

America’s Decline in Life Expectancy Accelerated in 2020   Eric Zuesse, June 12, 2022   The United States has experienced decreasing life-expectancy ever since 2014 (when it peaked at 78.9 years), but in the latest year that the World Bank reports, 2020 (which was the first year of the covid-19 pandemic), this decline greatly accelerated, by plunging 1.51 years (1.8 years for men, and 1.2 years for women), to 77.28 years (74.5 for men, 80.2 for women).   Liechtenstein was the worst-performing nation in 2020, declining 2.35 years.

What is the reliability of the "information system on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict" is confirmed by this latest episode: Senator Bruno Tabacci, Undersecretary of State for the Presidency of the Council, credits the Corriere's fake news: "Dinucci's book quoted by Putin in the celebratory speech in Moscow." 

 

The desecreted document on "Disinformation in the Russian-Ukrainian Conflict," compiled by the Republic's Security Information System, attributes the presence of neo-Nazi forces in Ukraine and Russophobia to "narratives of Russian propaganda," and presents "attacks on Zelensky's image" as the fruit of Russian propaganda. What the real situation is emerges from the reports released by the Ukrainian news agency itself. These include the banning of the Socialist Party of Ukraine and the confiscation of its assets, measures taken against ten other political parties; Zelensky's order to destroy 100 million Russian books, including all the classics of Russian literature, because they "spread Evil." While Russian and Belarusian athletes are excluded from 125 international competitions, at an international boxing competition in Hungary a Ukrainian athlete displays the neo-Nazi Azov flag and refuses to remove it.

 

The desecreted document also attributes to Russian propaganda reports that there are 30 bio-laboratories in Ukraine linked to the Pentagon and a network of U.S. and European companies. There is plenty of evidence, however, from a U.S. investigative journalism agency and other sources, not only of their existence but of their activities consisting of developing and testing pathogenic viruses for biological warfare. The Russian government asked the United Nations to send a commission of inquiry to Ukraine, but received a sharp refusal. What the dangers posed by the bio-laboratories in Ukraine are to the whole of Europe and the world is also denounced by Tultsi Gabbard, a U.S. politician from the Democratic Party.

O documento desclassificado sobre "A desinformação no conflito russo-ucraniano", elaborado pelo Sistema de Informações para a Segurança da República, atribui a presença de forças neo-nazis na Ucrânia e a russofobia às "narrativas da propaganda russa", e apresenta "os ataques à imagem de Zelensky" como o fruto da propaganda russa. Qual é a situação real que emerge das notícias transmitidas pela própria agência noticiosa ucraniana. Estas incluem a proibição do Partido Socialista da Ucrânia e o confisco dos seus bens, medidas tomadas contra dez outros partidos políticos; a ordem de Zelensky de destruir 100 milhões de livros russos, incluindo todos os clássicos da literatura russa, porque eles "espalham o Mal". Enquanto os atletas russos e bielorussos são excluídos de 125 competições internacionais, numa competição internacional de boxe na Hungria uma atleta ucraniano exibe a bandeira neo-nazi Azov e recusa-se a retirá-la.

No entanto, há muitas provas de uma agência americana de jornalismo de investigação e outras fontes não só da sua existência mas também das suas actividades no desenvolvimento e teste de vírus patogénicos destinados à guerra biológica. O governo russo pediu à ONU que enviasse uma comissão de inquérito à Ucrânia, mas recebeu uma recusa clara. Os perigos que os laboratórios biológicos na Ucrânia representam para toda a Europa e para o mundo são também denunciados por Tultsi Gabbard, figura política relevante do Partido Democrata americano.
