Here is a “Full translation of Peng Shuai's Weibo post, accusing [the former] Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli of sexual assault”, and it turns out NOT to have been accusing any “assault” by China’s Vice Premier but instead a mutually voluntary sexual and love attraction between those two, Zhang who seems to have had an unhappy marriage, and, as Peng phrased it, “our affection towards each other had nothing to do with money or power. But I have a hard time finding closure for, and coming to terms with our three-year-long relationship.”

 

Furthermore, she said that when she had first met Zhang “ten years ago in Tianjin, you wanted to have sex with me,” and Peng didn’t want sex with a married man, but, “About seven years ago, we had sex. Then later on after you got promoted to be a member of the Politburo Standing Committee in Beijing, you never contacted me again.” So: he wasn’t a Politburo member when the affair started; and, as soon as he became one, he “never contacted me again.” But now that he has “retired”:

 

You said in those seven years, you never forgot about me, and you will treat me well etc... I was terrified and anxious. Taking into consideration the affection I had for you seven years ago, I agreed... yes, we had sex.

Romantic attraction is such a complicated thing that [no one can] explain it clearly. From that day on [3 years ago], I renewed my love for you. Throughout my time with you after that [now as a retired politician], purely based on our interactions, you were a very good person, and you treated me well. We talking about recent history, as well as ancient eras. You educated me on so many topics, and we had discussions about economics, politics. We never ran out of things to talk about. We played chess, sang, played table tennis, played pool and also played tennis together. We always had endless fun. It was as if our personalities fit perfectly together.

 

So, during the first three years, she had said no to sex with him, but then he got promoted to the Politburo and ceased pursuing her; but he retired seven years later, and “Taking into consideration the affection I had for you seven years ago, I agreed... yes, we had sex.”

On November 22nd, America’s Associated Press (AP) news-agency headlined “IOC call with Chinese tennis star Peng raises more questions” and reported that “Concern grew in the last week for the former No. 1-ranked doubles player — who hadn’t been seen since accusing a senior Chinese official of sexual assault on Nov. 2.” Two sentences later, it revealed that, actually, “On Sunday, the IOC said Peng spoke to its president”; so, the reader’s reasonable concern (given that opening) that maybe Ms. Peng had been killed or imprisoned for having gone public with her accusation turned out to have been wrong. Then, after around yet another 600 words, this article started getting to specifics: it said “The tennis star accused a former member of the Communist Party’s ruling Standing Committee, Zhang Gaoli, of sexual assault.” 200 words later still than that, came the statement: the person she accused on November 2nd, Zhang Gaoli, had, in fact, “left public life about three years ago after being one of seven members of the Politburo Standing Committee — the apex of political power in China.” 

 

This entire confusingly-written thousand-word ‘news’-report was loaded with clear statements such as that “the ruling Communist Party is quick to blot out any criticism,” and it was clearly intended to cause readers to believe that that Party is more protective of its Politburo members than it is of its tennis stars. But the case for that was lacking in the article.

 

Nowhere in that diatribe against China’s Government was the key question even so much as just mentioned: Had Mr. Zhang been removed from the Politburo at least partly because he had engaged in behaviors such as this?  Was he, in fact, little different from many members of the U.S. Congress have been in that regard: removed from power because they had engaged in such behaviors?

While US Whore Media and Whore “scientists” dependent on Fauci-controlled NIH and Big Pharma grants whip up fear over a relatively harmless “Omicron variant,” a real dangerous situation that I have anticipated for seven years is raising its deadly head.

The arrogant fools in Washington lost in their own hubris have been practicing nuclear attacks on Russia within 20 kilometers of Russia’s borders.  Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that Washington’s operation  Global Thunder rehearsed launching nuclear weapons against Russia from both western and eastern directions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Washington was not taking seriously Moscow’s warning not to cross Russia’s red lines.  

Putin is correct.  But it is the Kremlin’s fault.  

The only decisive action the Kremlin has taken in response to intense provocations from Washington and NATO was the Kremlin’s decision to accept the overwhelming vote of the people in Crimea to be reincorporated into Russia where the territory had resided for 300 years.  The Kremlin’s alternative was to lose Russia’s Black Sea navy base.

The US crimes in Syria have already been repeatedly reported by the Western media, the Syrian Arab News Agency SANA, as well as various international organizations. The airstrikes on Syrian cities, which were carried out by the US and the coalition led by them in violation of international law and had disastrous consequences for civilians, were repeatedly brought to the attention of the international community by Amnesty International. One of its reports in 2018 explicitly claimed that the bombing was carried out blindly and without the necessary precautions, resulting in a large number of civilian casualties in the city.

However, even with the recent US cessation of similar military attacks that have killed hundreds of civilians in Syria, Washington’s crimes in that country have not diminished. Acting as a blatant occupation force, the United States forces illegally present on Syrian soil continue to pillage Syria, removing hydrocarbons from the oil-rich north-eastern provinces of the SAR, causing economic losses to the independent Syrian state and its people.

In addition, SANA has previously repeatedly reported to the world about military trucks carrying wheat moving from Syria to Iraq through the Semalka border crossing on the Iraqi–Syrian border. Special attention was drawn to the fact that the US troops have taken such actions for a long time against the background of a large-scale food crisis caused by the war in the Syrian Arab Republic. As for the guilt of the United States for the humanitarian catastrophe in Syria, SANA provided comprehensive information about the extraction by the US military from the occupied Syrian territory in early 2021 of 38 trucks with stolen Syrian wheat, and then another 18 trucks of grain stolen from grain elevators to neighboring Iraq.

Meanwhile, as SANA reported on November 23, the Syrian Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform detected dangerous parasites in the wheat seeds supplied by the US as part of “humanitarian aid” through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID, an organization banned in Russia). Syrian authorities examined samples of those Turkish wheat seeds delivered by USAID to farms near the town of Qamishli under the control of the United States and its allies, after which a Syrian official, Saeed Hajji said that the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform in Hasakah Province sent samples of wheat seeds provided by USAID to the laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture, which found that they were not suitable for cultivation. The seeds contain a large number of parasite worm nematodes, which reached 40%. It poses a significant danger to agriculture in the region, mainly because its effects cause a lot of damage that worsens over time. The official warned farmers not to plant but destroy these seeds, whose destructive effects have been evident over the years. The Al-Hasakah Farmers Union had earlier urged farmers not to grow these seeds as they are unsuitable for agriculture and cause agricultural pests.

This sending of wheat seeds by USAID to Damascus is nothing but an attempt to carry out a biological attack on Syria, which has already suffered from US military operations.

Le 10 novembre dernier, l’USAID [l’Agence des États-Unis pour le développement international] annonçait :

« Un partenaire de l’USAID dans le nord-est de la Syrie continue de distribuer de la farine de blé aux boulangeries locales pour fournir du pain aux familles déplacées, aux réfugiés et aux communautés d’accueil des personnes vulnérables. Après une saison de précipitations extrêmement faibles, cette aide est encore plus cruciale pour améliorer la sécurité alimentaire ».

 

Pour rappel, le nord-est de la Syrie est illégalement occupé par les États-Unis qui soutiennent.les forces séparatistes armées regroupées sous l’acronyme « FDS », avec la lettre D pour démocratiques et la lettre S pour syriennes.

Le 18 novembre, la correspondante syrienne d’Al-Mayadeen TV à Damas, Madame Dima Nassif, présentait une autre annonce publiée par le site de l’ambassade américaine quelques jours plus tôt, concernant cette fois la livraison de « semences de blé » : 

« Les semences de blés sont désormais chargées et en route vers le nord-est de la Syrie. L’USAID offre près de 3 000 tonnes de semences de blé de haute qualité aux agriculteurs du nord-est de la Syrie en ce début de saison des semis de blé. Le blé est considéré comme la moelle épinière du département agricole syrien. Ces semences permettront à des centaines d’agriculteurs de produire près de 32 000 tonnes de blé l’année prochaine, garantissant ainsi aux Syriens l’obtention de farine, de pain et autres produits à base de blé pour nourrir leurs familles et éviter encore plus de crises économiques. » [1].

Sauf que Madame Nassif a dit dans son rapport que cette offre de semences de blé par l’USAID ouvrait à nouveau le dossier de la plus dangereuse des guerres étasuniennes contre la sécurité alimentaire syrienne. Pourquoi ?

O Tratado do Quirinale promovido pelo Presidente da República Mattarella, assinado em 26 de Novembro pelo Primeiro Ministro Draghi e pelo Presidente da República Macron, é um tratado político de 360º no qual a Itália e a França "se comprometem a desenvolver a sua coordenação e a promover a sinergia entre as respectivas acções a nível internacional", concretizando "parcerias industriais em sectores militares específicos" e outros programas que envolvem encargos financeiros para o Estado. Para ser ratificado pelo Presidente da República, o Tratado teria primeiro de ser autorizado pelo Parlamento com base no Art. 80º da Constituição, segundo o qual "as Câmaras autorizam como lei a ratificação de tratados internacionais que sejam de natureza política, ou que prevejam encargos financeiros". Em vez disso, o texto do Tratado permaneceu secreto, excepto para um pequeno círculo do governo, até à sua publicação após a assinatura.

 

O objectivo do Tratado, que veio a público após o final de uma negociação secreta, é claro pela sua calendarização: está a ser concluído numa altura em que, com a saída de cena da Chanceler alemã Merkel, se estabelecem novas relações de força na União Europeia. A França que, em 2022,  assume a presidência semestral da União Europeia, substitui o eixo Paris-Berlim pelo eixo Paris-Roma. No centro do acordo bilateral está o Art.º 2º relativo à "Segurança e Defesa", composto por sete parágrafos. A Itália e a França comprometem-se a "reforçar as capacidades de Defesa da Europa e, deste modo, operando também para consolidar o pilar europeu da NATO". Como Draghi sublinhou, em sintonia com Washington, deve-se construir "uma verdadeira defesa europeia, que seja naturalmente complementar da NATO e não uma substituição: uma Europa mais forte torna a NATO mais forte". Para pagar tanto a Defesa da NATO como a da Europa, será necessário um aumento colossal da despesa militar italiana, que já hoje supera os 70 milhões de euros por dia.

 

No âmbito das "alianças estruturais" entre as respectivas indústrias militares, a Itália ajudará a França a desenvolver as suas forças nucleares estratégicas e os sistemas espaciais militares. Macron lançou um programa de "modernização" que inclui o desenvolvimento de submarinos de ataque nuclear de terceira geração, armados com novos mísseis balísticos, e um caça de sexta geração (Fcas) armado com novos mísseis de cruzeiro hipersónicos com ogivas nucleares. A Itália, no entanto, já participa no projecto de outro caça de ataque nuclear de sexta geração, o Tempest, promovido pela Grã-Bretanha, pelo que provavelmente colaborará em ambos, a menos que não sejam unificados. O programa de Macron, anunciado em Outubro, que contribui para a "modernização" das forças nucleares francesas, está direccionado para a construção de um sistema de pequenos reactores nucleares modulares com um custo de 30 biliões de euros. Provavelmente o Tratado prevê uma colaboração da Itália também neste campo, como parte do plano de reintrodução da energia nuclear no nosso sistema energético.

 

Também no Art. 2º, a Itália e França comprometem-se a "facilitar o trânsito e o estacionamento das forças armadas da outra Parte no seu território", sem especificar para que fim, e a coordenar a sua participação em "missões internacionais de gestão de crises", em particular no Mediterrâneo, no Sahel e no Golfo da Guiné. Prepara-se um forte aumento da participação das forças especiais italianas - com veículos blindados, aviões e helicópteros de ataque - na Task Force Takuba, que opera no Mali e nos países vizinhos sob comando francês. Está implantada oficialmente nesta região para "combater o terrorismo", mas na realidade destina-se a controlar uma das áreas mais ricas de matérias-primas estratégicas exploradas pelas multinacionais americanas e europeias, cujo oligopólio está ameaçado pelas mudanças políticas em África e pela presença económica chinesa.

 

Deste modo - declara o Tratado do Quirinal - a Itália e a França unidas "contribuem para a manutenção da paz e da segurança internacionais e para a protecção e promoção dos direitos humanos".

O Secretário Geral da NATO, Stoltenberg encontrou-se com o Presidente Draghi, em 17 de Novembro, em Roma, para enfrentar "os actuais desafios de segurança" provenientes do "desenvolvimento militar da Rússia na Ucrânia e à volta da mesma". Stoltenberg agradeceu à Itália porque "contribui para a nossa presença na Região Báltica com o seu patrulhamento aéreo e com as suas tropas". A Força Aérea Italiana – especifica o Ministro da Defesa - implantou, no aeroporto de Ämari, na Estónia, caças F-35A do 32º Esquadrão, em Amendola e caças Eurofighter Typhoon do 4º Esquadrão em Grosseto, do 36º Esquadrão, em Gioia del Colle, do 37º Esquadrão, em Trapani e da 51º Esquadrão, em Istrana (Treviso). Quando os aviões russos voam no espaço aéreo internacional sobre o Báltico, normalmente com destino ao exclave russo de Kaliningrado, os caças italianos recebem uma ordem do comando da NATO para descolar imediatamente em alerta e interceptá-los em mi-nutos. O objectivo oficial desta operação é "preservar o espaço aéreo aliado". O verdadeiro objectivo é fazer com que a Rússia pareça uma potência ameaçadora que se prepara para atacar a Europa. Alimenta-se, assim, um clima de tensão crescente: os F-35As e os Eurofighter Typhoons, instalados a poucos minutos de voo do território russo, são caças com dupla capacidade convencional e nuclear. O que aconteceria se caças russos semelhantes fossem instalados junto às fronteiras dos EUA?
