Die NATO-Verteidigungsminister (Lorenzo Guerini, Pd als Vertreter Italiens) kamen am 17./18. Juni per Videokonferenz zusammen und trafen eine Reihe von "Entscheidungen zur Stärkung der Abschreckung durch das Bündnis". Doch in Italien spricht niemand darüber, weder die Medien (einschließlich der sozialen Medien) noch die politische Welt, wo über all dem ein völliges Schweigen aller Parteien herrscht. Doch diese Entscheidungen, die im Wesentlichen von Washington diktiert und von Minister Guerini für Italien unterzeichnet wurden, zeichnen nicht nur die Leitlinien unserer Militärpolitik, sondern auch unserer Außenpolitik nach.
Zunächst einmal - so kündigt Generalsekretär Jens Stoltenberg an - "bereitet sich die NATO auf eine mögliche zweite Welle von Covid-19 vor", gegen die die NATO bereits über eine halbe Million Soldaten in Europa mobilisiert hat. Stoltenberg klärt nicht, wie die NATO eine mögliche zweite Viruspandemie mit einer neuen Abriegelung vorhersagen kann.
Über einen Punkt ist er sich jedoch im Klaren: Dies "bedeutet nicht, dass andere Herausforderungen verschwunden sind". Das Hauptproblem - so betonten die Verteidigungsminister - rührt von Russlands "destabilisierendem und gefährlichem Verhalten" her, insbesondere von seiner "unverantwortlichen nuklearen Rhetorik, die darauf abzielt, die NATO-Verbündeten einzuschüchtern und zu bedrohen".
Auf diese Weise kehren sie die Realität um und löschen die Tatsache aus, dass es die NATO war, die nach dem Ende des Kalten Krieges ihre nuklearen Streitkräfte und Stützpunkte in der Nähe Russlands, insbesondere der Vereinigten Staaten, ausgebaut hat. Eine Strategie, die darauf abzielte, in Europa wachsende Spannungen mit Russland zu erzeugen, wurde methodisch unter Washingtoner Führung umgesetzt.
Die Verteidigungsminister trafen sich in der Nuklearen Planungsgruppe unter dem Vorsitz der Vereinigten Staaten, um über neue militärische Maßnahmen gegen Russland zu entscheiden.
Es ist nicht bekannt, welche Beschlüsse in Nuklearfragen Minister Guerini im Namen Italiens unterzeichnet hat. Es ist jedoch klar, dass Italien mit seiner Teilnahme an der Gruppe und der Unterbringung von US-Atomwaffen (die auch von unserer Luftwaffe eingesetzt werden können) gegen den Atomwaffensperrvertrag verstößt und den UN-Vertrag über das Verbot von Atomwaffen ablehnt.
Stoltenberg sagte lediglich: "Heute haben wir weitere Schritte beschlossen, um die nukleare Abschreckung der NATO in Europa sicher und effizient zu halten. Zu diesen Schritten gehört sicherlich die nächste Ankunft der neuen US-Atombomben B61-12 auch in Italien.
Die Verteidigungsminister sprachen von einer weiteren wachsenden "Herausforderung", nämlich der, dass China zum ersten Mal "ganz oben auf der Tagesordnung der NATO steht".
Ø China ist ein Handelspartner vieler Verbündeter, aber gleichzeitig "investiert es massiv in neue Raketensysteme, die alle NATO-Länder erreichen können", so Stoltenberg.
Ø Damit beginnt die NATO, China als militärische Bedrohung darzustellen.
Gleichzeitig stellt sie chinesische Investitionen in den Ländern des Bündnisses als gefährlich dar. Ausgehend von dieser Prämisse aktualisierten die Verteidigungsminister die Richtlinien zur "nationalen Widerstandsfähigkeit", die verhindern sollen, dass Energie, Verkehr und Telekommunikation, insbesondere 5G, in "ausländischem Besitz und unter ausländischer Kontrolle" (genauer: "Chinesischer Besitz und Kontrolle") landen.
Dies sind die Beschlüsse, die von Italien auf dem NATO-Verteidigungsministertreffen unterzeichnet wurden. Sie binden unser Land an eine Strategie wachsender Feindseligkeiten, insbesondere gegenüber Russland und China, setzen uns immer ernsteren Risiken aus und machen unsere Vereinbarungen, auf denen dieselben Wirtschaftsabkommen beruhen, instabil.
Es handelt sich um eine langfristige Strategie, wie das am 8. Juni von Generalsekretär Stoltenberg lancierte Projekt  "NATO 2030" zur "militärischen und politischen Stärkung des Bündnisses" zeigt, bei dem Länder wie Australien (das bereits zur Tagung der Verteidigungsminister eingeladen wurde), Neuseeland, Japan und andere Asiaten in eine eindeutig antichinesische Funktion einbezogen werden.
Für das Projekt Great Global (Born) NATO 2030 wurde eine Gruppe von zehn Beratern gebildet, darunter Prof. Marta Dassù, ehemalige außenpolitische Beraterin in der Regierung D'Alema vor und während des NATO-Krieges gegen Jugoslawien, an dem Italien 1999 mit seinen Stützpunkten und Bombern unter amerikanischem Kommando teilnahm.

Os Ministros da Defesa da NATO (em representação da Itália,  Lorenzo Guerini, PD), reunidos através de video conferência em 17 e 18 de Junho, tomaram uma série de "decisões para fortalecer a dissuasão da Aliança". No entanto, em Itália, ninguém fala sobre este assunto, nem na comunicação mediática (incluindo as redes sociais) nem no mundo político, onde reina um silêncio multipartidário absoluto sobre todo este tema. No entanto, estas decisões, ditadas basicamente por Washington e subscritas em nome da Itália,  pelo Ministro Guerini, traçam as directrizes não só da nossa política militar, mas também da política externa.


Antes de tudo - anuncia o Secretário Geral, Jens Stoltenberg - "a NATO está a preparar-se para uma possível segunda vaga do Covid-19", contra a qual já mobilizou mais de meio milhão de soldados na Europa. Stoltenberg não esclarece como a NATO pode prever uma possível segunda pandemia de vírus com um novo ‘lockdown’. Porém, é claro num ponto: "Não significa que tenham desaparecido outros desafios".

Os principais - sublinham os Ministros da Defesa - provêm do "comportamento desestabilizador e perigoso da Rússia", em particular de sua "retórica nuclear irresponsável, destinada a intimidar e ameaçar os aliados da NATO". Desse modo, eles deturpam a realidade, apagando o facto de que foi a NATO, quando acabou a Guerra Fria, que se estendeu ao redor da Rússia com as suas forças e bases nucleares, sobretudoas dos Estados Unidos. Foi metodicamente estabelecia com a direcção de Washington, uma estratégia destinada a criar, na Europa, tensões crescentes com a Rússia

Para decidir as novas medidas militares contra a Rússia, os Ministros da Defesa reuniram-se no Grupo de Planificação Nuclear, presidido pelos Estados Unidos. Não se sabe quais foram as decisões sobre matéria nuclear, assumidas pelo Ministro Guerini em nome da Itália. No entanto, é claro que, ao participar no Grupo e ao albergar armas nucleares dos EUA  (a ser utilizadas pela nossa Força Aérea), a Itália viola o Tratado de Não-Proliferação e rejeita o Tratado  ONU sobre a proibição de armas nucleares.

Stoltenberg limita-se a dizer: "Hoje decidimos adoptar novas medidas para manter segura e eficiente, a disuassão nuclear da NATO na Europa". Entre essas disposições, acontecerá, certamente, também em Itália,  a próxima chegada das novas bombas nucleares B61-12 dos EUA.

O outro "desafio" constante, mencionado pelos Ministros da Defesa, é o da China, que pela primeira vez está "no topo da agenda da NATO". A China é ‘partner’ comercial de muitos aliados, mas, ao mesmo tempo, "investe fortemente em novos sistemas de mísseis que podem atingir todos os países da NATO", diz Stoltenberg.

Ø  Assim, a NATO começa a apresentar a China como sendo uma ameaça militar.

Ø  Ao mesmo tempo, apresenta os investimentos chineses nos países da Aliança como sendo perigosos.

Com base nessa premissa, os Ministros da Defesa actualizaram as directrizes para a "resistência nacional", destinada a impedir que a energia, os transportes e as telecomunicações, em particular a tecnologia 5G, acabem sob a "alçada e controlo estrangeiros" (leia-se "chinês").

Estas são as decisões assinadas pela Itália na reunião da NATO dos Ministros da Defesa. Elas vinculam o nosso país a uma estratégia de crescente hostilidade, sobretudo contra a Rússia e contra a China, expondo-nos a riscos cada  vez mais graves e tornando friável o terreno sobre o qual se apoiam os mesmos acordos económicos.

É uma estratégia a longo prazo, como demonstra o lançamento do projecto "NATO 2030", efectuado pelo Secretário Geral Stoltenberg, em 8 de Junho, para "fortalecer a Aliança nível militar e político", incluindo países como a Austrália (já convidada para a reunião dos Ministros da Defesa), Nova Zelândia, Japão e outros países asiáticos, em clara função anti-China.

Para o projecto Great Global NATO 2030, foi formado um grupo de 10 conselheiros, entre os quais a Professora Marta Dassù, a anterior Conselheira de Política Externa do governo D'Alema antes e durante a guerra da NATO na Jugoslávia, na qual a Itália participou, em 1999, sob comando USA, com as suas bases e bombardeiros.

El proceso de extensión de la OTAN a los océanos Indico y Pacífico, proceso que ya ‎habíamos anunciado hace 6 meses, acaba de empezar. En la OTAN se formó oficialmente un grupo ‎de trabajo, pero no para reflexionar sobre la estrategia más apropiada frente a China ‎sino para justificar a posteriori y hacer público lo que venía haciéndose. ‎Exactamente igual que en la época colonial ya que lo que se busca es impedir el ‎desarrollo de China.

El 8 de junio de 2020, el secretario general de la OTAN presentó al Consejo Atlántico y al ‎German Marshall Fund el plan de ampliación de ese bloque militar hacia el este, plan que ‎en realidad ya estaba en fase de aplicación, a pesar de que un grupo de trabajo ‎supuestamente acaba de recibir la misión de “concebirlo”. ‎
Los ministros de Defensa de la OTAN, reunidos por videoconferencia el 17 y el 18 de junio, ‎tomaron una serie de «decisiones para reforzar la disuasión de la alianza». Pero nadie habla ‎de eso en Italia, ni en los medios (ni siquiera en las redes sociales), ni en el mundo político, ‎donde todos los partidos guardan profundo silencio sobre ese asunto. ‎
Sin embargo, esas decisiones, dictadas principalmente por Washington y aceptadas por Italia ‎a través del ministro Lorenzo Guerini, trazan las líneas conductoras no sólo de la política italiana ‎en el sector militar sino también de la política exterior. Ante todo, anuncia el secretario general ‎de la alianza atlántica Jens Stoltenberg, «la OTAN está preparándose para una posible segunda ‎ola de Covid-19», contra la cual ya ha movilizado en Europa más de medio millón de soldados. ‎
Stoltenberg no aclara cómo la OTAN puede prever una posible segunda ola de la pandemia con un ‎nuevo confinamiento. Pero sí es muy claro sobre algo muy preciso: eso «no significa que hayan ‎desaparecido otros desafíos». El más grande, subrayan los ministros de Defensa, proviene del ‎‎«comportamiento desestabilizador y peligroso de Rusia», sobre todo de su «retórica nuclear ‎irresponsable, tendiente a intimidar y amenazar a los aliados de la OTAN». Con esa afirmación, ‎los ministros de Defensa de la OTAN invierten la realidad, silenciando el hecho que, al terminar ‎la guerra fría, fue la OTAN la que avanzó hacia las fronteras de Rusia con sus fuerzas y bases ‎militares, principalmente las de Estados Unidos. Bajo la batuta de Washington se aplicó una estrategia tendiente a incrementar en Europa crecientes tensiones contra Rusia.

From the date of the initial outbreak in Wuhan I watched carefully on a daily basis the dispersion and progression of the coronavirus in China and then abroad, collecting as much data as were available on each location. By late May of 2020, China had been infection-free for many weeks, the concern turning to the identification and quarantine of imported cases. At the same time, the US became once again 'the leader of the world', this time in virus infections and deaths, producing 20,000 to 30,000 new cases and around 1,000 deaths per day. At the time, American hostility toward China's success in stopping the virus was palpable, with many nasty media articles and White House accusations about China's false statistics and blaming China for "spreading the virus" to the US. CNN stated, "Chinese state media has repeatedly touted China's effective measures in containing the virus as the number of infections and deaths surged abroad, contrasting its success with the failures of Western governments, especially the United States." (1) Clearly there was much surprise and bitterness at China's success and America's failure, this coated in a sticky layer of resentment based partly on a justified suspicion that the Chinese were not overly distressed at the Americans enjoying the fruits of their own labor.

But even then I had a sense of an apparition, a version of Dickens' 'ghost of coronavirus past', accompanied by an uncomfortable feeling the Americans were sufficiently bitter (and vicious) to deny the Chinese their apparently easy victory. My fear was that the Americans would try to reseed China as they did Russia, and it would seem my fears were not unjustified. The new virus that broke out at the Xinfadi market in Beijing was a different strain than any previously existing in China, one that existed only in the US and Europe and could only have been brought in from the outside. And once again at a seafood market with no identifiable patient zero, no clear epidemiology (source and distribution) of a virus that did not exist in China. It almost had to be deliberately seeded, the odds against being infinitesimally small.

NATO Defense Ministers (Lorenzo Guerini, Pd representing Italy) gathered by videoconference on June17/18, and made a series of “decisions to strengthen the Alliance’s deterrence.” However, nobody in Italy talks about it, neither the media (including social media) nor the political world, where an absolute multipartisan silence reigns over all this. Yet these decisions, basically dictated by Washington and signed by Minister Guerini for Italy, not only trace the guidelines of our military policy, but also our foreign policy.
First of all – announces Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg – “NATO is preparing for a possible second wave of Covid-19,” against which NATO has already mobilized over half a million soldiers in Europe. Stoltenberg does not clarify how NATO can predict a possible second virus pandemic with a new lockdown.
On one point, however, he is clear: this “does not mean that other challenges disappeared.” The major problem – Defense Ministers underlined – comes from Russia’s “destabilizing and dangerous behavior,” in particular from its “irresponsible nuclear rhetoric, aimed at intimidating and threatening NATO allies.”
In this way they overturn reality, erasing the fact that it was NATO that extended its nuclear forces and bases close to Russia, especially the United States after the end of the Cold War. A strategy aimed at creating growing tensions with Russia in Europe has been methodically implemented with Washington’s direction.
Defense Ministers met in the Nuclear Planning Group, chaired by the United States, to decide on new military measures against Russia.
It is unknown what decisions on nuclear matters Minister Guerini signed on behalf of Italy. However, it is clear that by participating in the Group and hosting US nuclear weapons (which can also be used by our Air Force), Italy violates the Non-Proliferation Treaty and rejects the UN Treaty for the prohibition of nuclear weapons.
Stoltenberg merely said, “Today we have decided on further steps to keep NATO nuclear deterrent in Europe safe and efficient.” Among these steps there is certainly the next arrival of the new US B61-12 nuclear bombs also in Italy.
Defense Ministers spoke of another growing “challenge” which is that of China for the first time “at the top of NATO’s agenda.”
Ø  China is a trading partner of many allies, but at the same time “heavily invests in new missile systems that can reach all NATO countries,” said Stoltenberg.
Ø  Thus, NATO begins to present China as a military threat.
At the same time, they present Chinese investments in the countries of the Alliance as dangerous. Based on this premise, Defense Ministers updated the guidelines for “national resilience,” aimed at preventing energy, transport and telecommunications, 5G in particular, from ending up under “foreign ownership and control” (read “Chinese Ownership and Control”).
These are the decisions signed by Italy at the Defense Ministers NATO meeting. They bind our country to a strategy of growing hostility, especially towards Russia and China, exposing us to increasingly serious risks and making our arrangements on which the same economic agreements rest unstable.
It is a long-term strategy, as evidenced by the (Born) NATO 2030 project launch made by Secretary General Stoltenberg on June 8 to strengthen the Alliance militarily and politically by including countries like Australia (already invited to the Defense Ministers meeting), New Zealand, Japan and other Asians, in clear anti-Chinese function.
A group of 10 advisors was formed for the Great Global (Born) NATO 2030 project, including Prof. Marta Dassù, former foreign policy adviser in the D’Alema government before and during NATO’s war on Yugoslavia, in which Italy participated in 1999 with its bases and bombers, under US command.

I ministri della Difesa della Nato (per l’Italia Lorenzo Guerini, Pd), riuniti in videoconferenza il 17/18 giugno, hanno preso una serie di «decisioni per rafforzare la deterrenza dell’Alleanza». Nessuno però in Italia ne parla, né sui media (social compresi) né nel mondo politico, dove su tutto questo regna un assoluto silenzio multipartisan. Eppure tali decisioni, dettate fondamentalmente da Washington e sottoscritte per l’Italia dal ministro Guerini, tracciano le linee guida non solo della nostra politica militare, ma anche di quella estera.

Anzitutto – annuncia il segretario generale Jens Stoltenberg«la Nato si sta preparando a una possibile seconda ondata del Covid-19», contro cui ha già mobilitato in Europa oltre mezzo milione di soldati. Stoltenberg non chiarisce come la Nato possa prevedere una possibile seconda pandemia del virus con un nuovo lockdown. Su un punto però è chiaro: ciò «non significa che altre sfide siano scomparse».

La maggiore – sottolineano i ministri della Difesa – proviene dal «comportamento destabilizzante e pericoloso della Russia», in particolare dalla sua «irresponsabile retorica nucleare, mirante a intimidire e minacciare gli Alleati Nato». Essi rovesciano in tal modo la realtà, cancellando il fatto che è stata la Nato, finita la Guerra fredda, a estendersi a ridosso della Russia con le sue forze e basi nucleari, soprattutto statunitensi. È stata metodicamente attuata, con la regia di Washington, una strategia mirante a creare in Europa crescenti tensioni con la Russia.

Per decidere nuove misure militari contro la Russia i ministri della Difesa si sono riuniti nel Gruppo di pianificazione nucleare, presieduto dagli Stati uniti. Non si sa quali decisioni in materia nucleare abbia sottoscritto il ministro Guerini per conto dell’Italia. È comunque chiaro che, partecipando al Gruppo e ospitando armi nucleari Usa (utilizzabili anche dalla nostra aeronautica), l’Italia viola il Trattato di non-proliferazione e respinge il Trattato Onu per la proibizione delle armi nucleari.

Stoltenberg si limita a dire: «Oggi abbiamo deciso ulteriori passi per mantenere sicuro ed efficiente il deterrente nucleare Nato in Europa». Tra questi passi vi è sicuramente il prossimo arrivo, anche in Italia, delle nuove bombe nucleari Usa B61-12.

L’altra crescente «sfida», di cui hanno parlato i ministri della Difesa, è quella della Cina, che per la prima volta è «in cima all’agenda della Nato». La Cina è partner commerciale di molti alleati, ma allo stesso tempo «investe pesantemente in nuovi sistemi missilistici che possono raggiungere tutti i paesi Nato», spiega Stoltenberg.

Ø  La Nato comincia così a presentare la Cina come militarmente minacciosa.

Ø  Allo stesso tempo presenta come pericolosi gli investimenti cinesi nei paesi dell’Alleanza.

In base a tale premessa i ministri della difesa hanno aggiornato le linee guida per la «resilienza nazionale», miranti a impedire che l’energia, i trasporti e le telecomunicazioni, in particolare il 5G, finiscano sotto «proprietà e controllo stranieri» (leggi «cinesi»).

Queste le decisioni sottoscritte dall’Italia alla riunione Nato dei ministri della Difesa. Esse vincolano il nostro paese a una strategia di crescente ostilità soprattutto verso Russia e Cina, esponendoci a rischi sempre più gravi e rendendo franoso il terreno su cui poggiano gli stessi accordi economici.

È una strategia a lungo termine, come dimostra il lancio del progetto «Nato 2030», fatto dal segretario generale Stoltenberg l’8 giugno per «rafforzare l’Alleanza militarmente e politicamente» includendo paesi come Australia (già invitata alla riunione dei ministri della Difesa), Nuova Zelanda, Giappone e altri asiatici, in chiara funzione anti-cinese.

Per il progetto della GrandeNato Globale 2030 è stato formato un gruppo di 10 consiglieri, tra cui la prof. Marta Dassù, già consigliera di politica estera nel governo D'Alema prima e durante la guerra Nato alla Jugoslavia, a cui l’Italia partecipò nel 1999, sotto comando Usa, con le sue basi e i suoi bombardieri.

Le processus d’ouverture de l’Otan à la zone Indo-Pacifique, que nous annoncions il y a six mois, vient de débuter. Un groupe de travail a officiellement été formé, non pas pour réfléchir à la stratégie la plus appropriée face à la Chine, mais pour justifier a posteriori et rendre public le travail déjà accompli. Il n’y a guère de différence avec la période coloniale puisqu’il s’agit d’empêcher le développement de la Chine (containment).

Le secrétaire général de l’Alliance a présenté le plan d’élargissement de l’Otan à l’Est (déjà en cours de réalisation, mais qu’un groupe de travail vient prétendument d’être chargé de « concevoir ») devant l’Atlantic Council et le German Marshall Fund, le 8 juin 2020.
Les ministres de la Défense de l’Otan réunis en vidéoconférence les 17 et 18 juin, ont pris une série de « décisions pour renforcer la dissuasion de l’Alliance ». Mais personne en Italie n’en parle, ni dans les médias (réseaux sociaux compris), ni dans le monde politique, où règne sur tout cela un silence multi-partisan.
Pourtant ces décisions, dictées fondamentalement par Washington et souscrites pour l’Italie par le ministre Lorenzo Guerini, tracent les lignes conductrices non seulement de notre politique militaire, mais aussi de notre politique étrangère. Avant tout —annonce le secrétaire général Jens Stoltenberg— « l’OTAN est en train de se préparer à une possible seconde vague du Covid-19 », contre lequel plus d’un demi million de soldats a déjà mobilisé en Europe.

It was amusing to watch the emergence of this debate on the US-China stage. The Chinese were understandably unwilling to be blamed for the emergence of a virus in which they had no part, and thus reacted strongly to accusations the virus originated in a Wuhan lab. The Americans proved to be even more terrified at the possibility of scientific proof that the virus escaped from one of their bio-labs, and resorted to the only weapon they had which was to turn up the volume on blaming China. There were two main reasons for this state of affairs: (1) The US was the only country known to contain all the varieties that were being spread worldwide. (2) The US is the only nation in the world known to have repeatedly used biological weapons on other countries, beginning with North Korea and never ceasing. Of even more damning consequence is the known locations of about 400 American bio-weapons labs spread throughout the world, to say nothing of the pathetically-lax institution at Fort Detrick. Moreover, Trump recently claimed he could kill the entire population of Afghanistan within days. "Afghanistan would be wiped off the face of the Earth. It would be gone and this is not using nuclear. It would be over in - literally, in 10 days." Biological weapons would seem the only alternative. Hemorrhagic Fever and Hantavirus worked for the US in North Korea; perhaps also Afghanistan. (4) (5) (6) Mr. Trump later denied intention to carry out his threat, but let's dispense with the fiction of the US having no biological weapons and that Fort Detrick and the 400 foreign labs  are performing only benevolent "peace medicine" functions. If it were China with the above history and SARS, MERS, AIDS, EBOLA, bird flu, swine flu, and COVID-19 first erupted in the US, the Americans would claim this as 100% proof that China was responsible. It cannot be a surprise that much of the world today is naturally tending to lay these outbreaks at America's doorstep.

But returning to our topic of man-made COVID-19 or COVID-20, it seems everyone has been a little too eager to dismiss the possibility (or probability) of these viruses having a (human) helping hand.

Fue divertido ver el surgimiento de este debate en el escenario de EE.UU.-China. Es comprensible que los chinos no quisieran ser culpados por la aparición de un virus con el que no tenían nada que ver, y por lo tanto reaccionaron con fuerza a las acusaciones de que el virus se originó en un laboratorio de Wuhan. Los americanos demostraron estar aún más aterrorizados ante la posibilidad de una prueba científica de que el virus se escapase de uno de sus bio-laboratorios, y recurrieron a la única arma que tenían, que era subir el volumen culpando a China. Había dos razones principales para este estado de cosas: (1)

El Sr. Trump negó más tarde la intención de llevar a cabo su amenaza, pero prescindamos de la ficción de que los EE.UU. no tienen armas biológicas, y que Fort Detrick y los 400 laboratorios en el extranjero sólo realizan funciones benévolas de "medicina para la paz". Si fuera China la que tuviera los antecedentes mencionados, y el SARS, el MERS, el SIDA, el ÉBOLA, la gripe aviar, la gripe porcina y el COVID-19 aparecieran por primera vez en los EE.UU., los estadounidenses afirmarían que eso es una prueba al 100% de que China era responsable. No puede ser sorprendente que gran parte del mundo actual tienda naturalmente a poner estos brotes en las puertas de América.
Pero volviendo a nuestro tema de los COVID-19 o COVID-20 producidos por el hombre, parece que todo el mundo ha estado un poco demasiado ansioso por descartar la posibilidad (o probabilidad) de que estos virus tengan una mano amiga (humana).

Humankind is at a cusp, a point of transition between two different states of governance and existence. The world today is like a sack being slowly filled while the string around the opening is pulled increasingly tighter to prevent the contents from escaping confinement. The shadows of this future are everywhere to be seen but even the keenest of observers tend to view the portents not as the warnings they are, but instead regard all these pieces of one despairing puzzle as disconnected and unrelated events. In this essay, we will take a look at where our world is going, how it is going there, and why it is going there.
For, dark and despairing, my sight I may seal, but man cannot hide what God would reveal.

One needn’t be credentialed as either prophet or oracle to make the connections and expose the plan. It is another matter entirely to convince average readers of the truth of it. German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer wrote that all truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. We are midway between the first and second stages, where proponents of exposure are still widely ridiculed but, if they gain a popular audience, they will be violently attacked.
Where we are going – One World Government
Lest we succumb to the temptation of dismissing this as yet another batty conspiracy theory, it would be wise to consider these quotes:
David Rockefeller in an address to the Trilateral Commission, referring to the Bilderberg Group, whose existence was hotly denied and derided for decades as just another conspiracy theory:
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected the promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of public scrutiny during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and fully prepared to march towards our one world-government. The supranational sovereignty of our intellectual elites and world bankers is surely preferable to the globe as a whole.” (2)

Considero ser necessário falar hoje, de novo, sobre os trágicos acontecimentos em Donbass e sobre os aspectos mais importantes de garantir a segurança da Rússia.

Começarei com o que disse no meu discurso de 21 de Fevereiro de 2022. Falei sobre as nossas maiores responsabilidades e preocupações e sobre as ameaças fundamentais que os irresponsáveis políticos ocidentais criaram à Rússia de forma continuada, com rudeza e sem cerimónias, de ano para ano. Refiro-me à expansão da NATO para Leste, que está a aproximar cada vez mais as suas infraestruturas militares da fronteira russa.

É um facto que, durante os últimos 30 anos, temos tentado pacientemente chegar a um acordo com os principais países NATO, relativamente aos princípios de uma segurança igual e indivisível, na Europa. Em resposta às nossas propostas, enfrentámos invariavelmente, ou engano cínico e mentiras, ou tentativas de pressão e de chantagem, enquanto a aliança do Atlântico Norte continuou a expandir-se, apesar dos nossos protestos e preocupações. A sua máquina militar está em movimento e, como disse, aproxima-se da nossa fronteira.

Porque é que isto está a acontecer? De onde veio esta forma insolente de falar que atinge o máximo do seu excepcionalismo, infalibilidade e permissividade? Qual é a explicação para esta atitude de desprezo e desdém pelos nossos interesses e exigências absolutamente legítimas?
