When the British Foreign Ministry announced on April 3, 2018 that there was in fact no evidence of a chemical weapon of any origin in the real or imagined incident in Salisbury, we entered a new realm of unreality.
Simply put, not only did British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson make the whole thing up, as leaders of Britain’s Labor Party are crying from the rooftops, it goes so much further.
Based on Boris Johnson’s outright lie, 24 nations expelled Russian diplomats and the US directly threatened Syrian and Russian forces fighting terrorism in the Middle East with, and we have confirmed this, attack using tactical nuclear weapons.
Russia responded immediately with a defense policy statement indicating full retaliation and America, and by “America,” we mean Donald Trump, backed down. Though the media never reported the humiliation, the military and intelligence communities know it well.
We now ask the unasked question, unasked by congress or the press; “Why isn’t there an inquiry? Why are Johnson and Trump, who nearly pushed the world to nuclear war going scott free? Why aren’t they in prison where they belong?”
Congress has just been along for the ride
Then we look back to the April 2017 US missile attack on Syria. Again, it seems Trump had no evidence, he simply acted based on information we suspect he might have gotten from a blog or podcast.
Others of us whose job it is to analyze and predict events fear that Boris Johnson and Donald Trump are puppets.
Then we look at what we have learned about the American election. It seems the trail from Cambridge Analytica leads now, according to investigations in the UK press, not only to Facebook and now 87 million hacked accounts but much further.
As Christopher Wylie has come forward, we now see not just the ties to MI6 and the CIA but Israel’s “private CIA,” called “Black Cube.”
Reports indicate that it was Black Cube that sent operatives to the US, not to “rig news” or send out critical fake emails but something far more sinister and realistic as well. America’s election was rigged, not by “fake news” but by “vote flipping,” worked out on the ground with America’s own vote rigging organization, the Federalist Society, a group of powerful and corrupt legal professionals recruited for their moral laxity and funded to guarantee utter control of America by powerful criminal elements.

The evidence was seen in 2000 and 2004 as well when exit polls varied as much as 11% from vote tallies. It wasn’t just voting software that was compromised but physical ballots as well. The mechanism for rigging elections in America has always been there and every election has been challenged, without fail, for over 200 years.
This time, however, Russia had to be blamed but for what reason? Why were hundreds, even thousands of fake news sites created in Macedonia, a story quickly suppressed and, even more telling, why were their absurd stories, such as those of children being held captive in basements of pizza restaurants, featured by Google and Facebook, drowning every search, every post.
If you went on Google to buy a hammer, Google sent you to a site smearing Hillary Clinton, sites now claimed to be Russian “hacking.” It was Google. Russia doesn’t control Google. Russia didn’t come to America and cut deals to flip votes, it was Black Cube and the US policy instituted since proves it.
Everything Trump has done has harmed Russia and benefitted Israel. If maniac, and the term applies, John Bolton, a Russia hater and longtime fanatic Zionist, becomes chief White House advisor as Trump has announced, the proof should be clear to everyone.
Israel, working through tech companies controlled by a network of intelligence groups, Cambridge Analytica, AggregateIQ (Canadian intelligence), SLC (MI6) and Black Cube (Mossad) not only rigged the US election but have rigged elections around the world. From Haaretz/Israel:
Cambridge Analytica whistleblower Christopher Wylie said on Tuesday to British MPs that “the company utilized the services of an Israeli private intelligence firm, Black Cube.”

Black Cube, which was also implicated in the Harvey Weinstein scandal, was apparently hired to hack the personal data of Nigerian President Buhari prior to his election to get access to his medical records and private emails, reported multiple sources on Wylie’s testimony. He also testified that that his predecessor at Cambridge Analytica died mysteriously in a Kenyan hotel room – and may have been poisoned after a deal went ‘sour.’”
The real question is how far does it go? The charges have gone well beyond hacking. It is now blackmail, including Nigeria’s President Buhari, certainly Donald Trump and most probably Boris Johnson as well.
It is now clear that every election is interfered with in every nation and that it is being done on behalf of financial interests that, if events are analyzed, favor military conflict, social discord, human suffering and economic exploitation by global elites.
There is nothing new to this at all. Were one to throw away the popular historical narrative as though it were as fake as the current mainstream news has proven to be, one might see continuity here that runs back hundreds, perhaps many hundreds of years.
With all that technology and science has provided, why is there so much injustice and suffering unless injustice and suffering were, in fact, an indication of “control and intent? By whom or what is the next question.
When one takes even a cursory glance at geopolitical systems and a less dogmatic view of hundreds of years, perhaps thousands, of conflicts, inexorable patterns emerge. We go beyond politics, religion and even economics, reaching into the soul of mankind and find a heart of darkness, a desire to do wrong. We find evil.
Is history that simple, a struggle between the light and the dark, good and evil, righteousness and injustice and oppression? Moreover, why is it that asking such questions, that channeling a dialog toward such basic concerns is taboo? Who made that rule? Why did we let “them?” What price are we now paying for turning away?

The Skripal Affair is a Hoax. If Russia is “No Longer to Blame”, What Next?

By now it is fairly well established that the Skripal Affair was a hoax, which has had tremendous repercussions, leading to a dramatic disruption of diplomatic relations with Moscow.
That was the political objective at the outset. But what happens now.
The British government has acknowledged that there is no evidence that Russia was the source of the nerve gas agent, while still sticking to the story that the “Kremlin was behind the attack”.
“Smoking Gun”: The Issue is Not the Nerve Agent
The key issue, however, is not the nerve gas nor the source of the nerve agent. It pertains to Scotland Yard’s investigation which categorically refutes the official story. At the same time, there is reason to question the validity of Scotland Yard’s counter-terrorism report.
According to counter-terrorism officials and Scotland Yard, Peter Skripal and his daughter were poisoned at his home in Salisbury as a result of a “Russian hit squad which put poison on Skripal’s front door”.  According to Scotland Yard “The highest concentration of the nerve agent” was discovered on Skripal’s front door. “Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey, who was also hospitalised, is thought to have become ill after going to the house” (Telegraph, March 28, 2018)

As the case for Moscow’s involvement in the poisoning of Sergei Skripal is weakened by new revelations, Russian President Vladimir Putin says he simply wants the diplomatic fallout over the incident to end.
We are not waiting for anything,” the Russian president said at a joint press conference with his Turkish and Iranian counterparts in Ankara, in response to a journalist who asked if Moscow was waiting for apologies from the UK for its accusations.
“All we are expecting is that common sense triumphs, and that international relations stop being harmed, as they have been in recent times. This doesn’t just concern the attempted murder of Skripal, but other aspects of international relations.”
Talk of apologies has come a day after the Porton Down lab that analyzed the samples from the March 4 incident said it had “not identified the precise source” of the “military-grade nerve agent” that left Skripal, 66, and his daughter Yulia in a coma.
While Porton Down insisted that it was “not its job” to trace the substance to its source, its words appeared to contradict earlier statements from the Foreign Office, and separately, its chief, Boris Johnson, who assured the media that he had received “categorical” assurance that the substance, which the UK lab labeled as being part of the Novichok nerve agent family, had come from Russia.
This incident has given weight to Moscow’s insistence that the UK should have shown proof before launching a mass international campaign of diplomat expulsions, which saw over 100 Russian officials depart from over 20 embassies across the world.
Putin has now said that he hopes that the international observer Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which is conducting its own tests on the samples, and will meet for an emergency session on Wednesday at Moscow’s behest, “will put an end to this issue.

The US acted unlawfully when it expelled Russian diplomats from the UN headquarters in New York and has failed as the host country for the international body, Gennady Gatilov, Russia’s envoy to the UN Office in Geneva, said.
Washington’s decision to include 12 Russian UN mission employees to the list of diplomats expelled from the US over the Sergei Skripal case, is “absolutely illegal and contradicting all international agreements and conventions on diplomatic relations,” Gatilov told RIA Novosti.
“This is absolutely unlawful because… those diplomats are accredited at the United Nations and have a completely different status. They work as representatives of Russia at the UN, but not with the US government,” he explained.
The envoy said that the US used "unscrupulous methods” to put pressure on Russian diplomats at the UN long before announcing the expulsion on Monday. One of these means was through the “non-renewal of visas for our diplomats working in New York,” he said.
“By doing so, they create a situation, in which people are unable to travel outside the US for personal or official purposes and then return to their place of work because their visa expired and the entry to the US is closed for them,” Gatilov said.

The government has attempted to control the narrative by finally admitting, as they have known for three weeks and just ahead of the OPCW experts coming out and saying so, that there is no evidence the substance used in the Salisbury attack was made in Russia. If anyone can make a copy and send me, or make a safe permanent posting I can link to, I should be grateful (contact button top right). Only a very short clip is on Sky’s website and I am anxious to preserve it for reasons I shall explain.
In modern Tory Britain, it should be no surprise to anybody that, to be the Chief Executive of Britain’s chemical weapons establishment, they recruited a radio salesman:
Aitkenhead’s PR skills were clearly thought sufficient to get across the government’s key propaganda points, and his struggle to do this throughout the Sky interview is telling. Aitkenhead has been in an extremely difficult position for the past three weeks, standing between his scientists who are adamant they will not say the substance was made in Russia, and the government who have been pushing extremely hard for them to do so.
At 5 mins 30 sec into this interview Boris Johnson directly lies about what Porton Down had told him:
It is very plain that what Aitkenhead is saying to Sky is “the scientists cannot establish it is from Russia. But the government claims to have intelligence sources that show that it is.” His struggle to fit the formulations he has been given to parrot this sense as more effective propaganda, into answers to the pretty good questions he is being asked, is almost comic: “ummm” and “errr” come into it a lot. You have to remember that the precise forms of words to be used in official parlance had been the subject of tense negotiation between the scientists and the Porton Down bureaucrats, and then between the Porton Down bureaucrats and MOD Whitehall officials, and then between MOD officials and FCO and security service officials in the Joint Intelligence Committee, before being signed off by ministers. It is a process I know intimately from the inside. This reconciliation of conflicting interests is why at the start Aitkenhead says it is “Novichok” confidently, but at 1 min 30 sec in he says the more truthful “Novichok or from that family”, which accords with the evidence Porton Down gave to the High Court.
But the key moment comes at 3 min 27 secs in. Aitkenhead’s government minders were evidently unhappy with the interview, and the last passage is a statement, not in answer to any question, of the government’s propaganda position which is a very bad edit and clearly tacked on after the interview had finished. They get the continuity wrong – it is not only a wider shot, the camera and tripod have clearly been moved. It is in this final statement that, in a desperate last minute attempt to implicate Russia, Aitkenhead states that making this nerve agent required
“extremely sophisticated methods to create, something probably only within the capabilities of a state actor.”
Very strangely, Sky News only give the briefest clip of the interview on this article on their website reporting it. And the report is highly tendentious: for example it states
However, he confirmed the substance required “extremely sophisticated methods to create, something only in the capabilities of a state actor”.
Deleting the “probably” is a piece of utterly tendentious journalism by Sky’s Paul Kelso. Interestingly, I have never seen such large scale and coordinated social media activity by the Tories as kicked into action immediately following Aitkenhead’s interview. Hundreds of openly identified Tory activists sprang into action using the “state actor” line – omitting the probably – and “government has other sources” line. The BBC contribution was completely to ignore the Porton Down statement and pretend nothing had happened. As part of what was clearly a coordinated PR strategy to pre-empt the OPCW and get over the hurdle of government lies while still blaming Russia, Boris Johnson and Theresa May simply lay low, unavailable to the media.
I shall post shortly a considered assessment of the wider analysis of what could have happened in Salibury. Here is my immediate reaction to Aitkenhead’s statement on Russia Today. Starngely the BBC did not invite me.

The I have now asked a total of 50 questions around the Skripal case, which you can find here and here. Having gone back through these questions, as far as I can see only three have been answered by the release of public information or events that have transpired. These are:
  • Are they (Sergei and Yulia Skripal) still alive?
  • If so, what is their current condition and what symptoms are they displaying?
  • Can the government confirm that its scientists at Porton Down have established that the substance that poisoned the Skripals and D.S. Bailey was actually produced or manufactured in Russia?
On the first two points we are now told that Yulia Skripal’s condition has significantly improved to the point where she is said to be recovering well and talking. However, although this provides something of an answer to these questions, it also raises a number of others. Is she finally being allowed consular access? Is she being allowed to speak to her fiancé, her grandmother, or her cousin by telephone? Most importantly, how does her recovery comport with the claim that she was poisoned with a “military-grade nerve agent” with a toxicity around 5-8 times that of VX nerve agent?
On the other point, we do now have a definitive answer from none other than the Chief Executive of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) at Porton Down, Gary Aitkenhead: No, Porton Down was not able to identify the substance as being produced or manufactured in Russia.
It is important that reasonable questions continue to be raised, as they not only help clarify the actual issues, but the answers — or lack thereof — are also a good barometer as to how the official narrative stacks up. As a keen observer of the case — especially since it took place just a few hundred yards from my home in Salisbury — I have to say that the official narrative of the British Government has not stood up to even the most cursory scrutiny from the outset. In fact, there are three crucial issues that serve to raise suspicions about it, and to my mind these issues are the most important aspects of the case so far:
  1. The absurd speed at which the British Government reacted to the incident
  2. The British Government’s ignoring of legal frameworks and protocols
  3. The large number of discrepancies between events and the official narrative
Let’s just look at these in turn.

Sky News reports that the Chief of Britain’s Military Research Center of Porton Down says experts were unable to identify the precise source of nerve agent that was used in poisoning Sergei and Yulia Skripal.
In what can only be described as a complete and massive embarrassment to the ‘Theresa May – Boris Johnson’ hoax poisoning narrative that has been pushed by western mainstream media over the last two weeks, scientists from Porton Down have not been able to establish where the Novichok nerve agent used to poison Sergei and Yulia Skripal was made.
Gary Aitkenhead, chief executive of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) at Porton Down, told Sky News they had not been able to prove it was made in Russia.

Thank you to the many people who expressed concern for my welfare at my recent sudden silence, following the rather nasty personal attacks I was encountering – I traveled last week to a family funeral at my childhood home, and was just reflecting for a few days. *On the other hand another Porton Down scientist, Dr David Kelly, told the truth to a journalist in a broadly comparable situation and met an extremely suspicious death as a result. Scientists from Porton Down have not been able to establish where the novichok nerve agent used to poison Sergei and Yulia Skripal was made.

Gary Aitkenhead, chief executive of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) at Porton Down, told Sky News they had not been able to prove it was made in Russia.

He said: “We were able to identify it as novichok, to identify that it was military-grade nerve agent.

“We have not identified the precise source, but we have provided the scientific info to government who have then used a number of other sources to piece together the conclusions you have come to.”

He said establishing its origin required “other inputs”, some of them intelligence-based, that the Government has access too.(sic)

Mr Aitkenhead added: “It is our job to provide the scientific evidence of what this particular nerve agent is, we identified that it is from this particular family and that it is a military grade, but it is not our job to say where it was manufactured.”

However, he confirmed the substance required “extremely sophisticated methods to create, something only in the capabilities of a state actor”.

He said there is no known antidote to novichok, and that none was administered to either of the Skripals.

Porton Down’s boss would not comment on whether the lab had developed or keeps stocks of novichok, but dismissed suggestions the agent used to poison the Skripals came from Porton Down.

“There is no way anything like that could have come from us or left the four walls of our facility,” said Mr Aitkenhead.

It comes as the chemical weapons watchdog said it would hold a special meeting on Wednesday into the UK government’s claim that Russia was behind the attack.

The OPCW (Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons) said its executive council would meet in the morning in The Hague, on Russia’s request.

In a letter, Russia’s ambassador to the OPCW, Alexander Shulgin, asked for the meeting to discuss Britain’s allegations “in a confidential sitting”.
