L’Italia, mentre chiede a Washington di essere ammessa alla Five Eyes, la più potente alleanza spionistica mondiale a guida Usa, boicotta il Forum economico internazionale di San Pietroburgo a scapito dei propri interessi nazionali.  

 

Due eventi – uno a Occidente e uno a Oriente – sono emblematici dei cambianti del quadro internazionale: a Washington la missione del Copasir (Comitato parlamentare per la sicurezza della Repubblica); a San Pietroburgo il Forum Economico Internazionale promosso dalla Russia, di cui ci riferisce la giornalista Daria Platonova, esperta di geopolitica.

 

Nella conferenza stampa a Washington il presidente del Copasir, Adolfo Urso, ha dichiarato che nessuno dei quattro rapporti dei servizi esaminati dal Copasir ha a che fare col dossier del Corriere della Sera sui “putiniani d’Italia”. La vicedirettrice del Corriere Fiorenza Sarzanini deve quindi spiegare se il dossier se lo è inventato oppure se lo ha redatto in base a “informazioni” ricevute sottobanco dai servizi segreti. Quale ulteriore contributo alla “sicurezza della Repubblica” il presidente del Copasir ha sollecitato l’ammissione dell’Italia alla Five Eyes, la più potente alleanza spionistica mondiale tra Stati Uniti, Canada, Gran Bretagna, Australia e Nuova Zelanda, perché l’Italia è “terra di frontiera e di cerniera rispetto alla proiezione russa, cinese, ma anche alla minaccia islamica e alle questioni inerenti potrei dire la sopravvivenza dell’Africa”.

 

Allo stesso tempo l’Italia ha boicottato il Forum Economico Internazionale di San Pietroburgo, dove, con una larga partecipazione anche dell’Africa, sono stati affrontati temi di primaria importanza. Come documenta anche il New York Times, la mossa dell'Occidente di bloccare le importazioni di petrolio e gas dalla Russia è un boomerang soprattutto per l’Europa, poiché Cina e India li acquistano a prezzi scontati aprendo alla Russia nuovi sbocchi ad Est. Escludendosi da un nuovo grande mercato internazionale che si sta formando nell’ottica di un mondo multipolare, l’Italia compromette i suoi stessi interessi nazionali.

 

Tutto questo viene nascosto dal nostro mainstream politico-mediatico, il quale ci fa credere che tutto il mondo abbia condannato e isolato la Russia, mentre – come documenta l’importante Wilson Center di Washington – “i Paesi che hanno sanzionato la Russia per l'Ucraina rappresentano solo il 16% della popolazione mondiale”.

     In May, within four months, the new nuclear bomb B61-12 large-scale production will begin in the United States: this announcement was made by the National Nuclear Security Administration of the United States Department of Energy (NNSA is part of the US Department of Energy). As they leave the factory, the new nuclear bombs will be delivered to the US Air Force, which will install them in US bases in Italy and other European countries replacing the B61s.      

      The B61-12 is a new nuclear weapon replacing three of the current B61 variants (3, 4, and 7). It has a nuclear warhead with four selectable power options according to the target to destroy. It does not drop vertically like the B61, but at distance from the target to which it is directed, and guided by a satellite system. It can penetrate underground, exploding deep to destroy command center bunkers to "behead" the enemy nation in a nuclear first strike. For this attack the US Air Force also has the fourth variant of the B61 bomb, the penetrating B61-11 was modernized in 2001. The B61-12, NNSA confirmed, can be launched from both B-2A stealth bomber and future B-21 aircraft, both conventional and nuclear dual-capable fighters. These aircrafts include the US F-16C / Ds deployed in Aviano and the Italian PA-200 Tornadoes deployed in Ghedi. The F-35A fighters, already operational in the Italian Air Force, are even more suitable for a nuclear attack with the B61-12. 

      NNSA announced that "all the needed production of B61-12s" will be completed in the fiscal year 2026. The program foresees the construction of 500 bombs at a cost of about 10 billion dollars (each bomb costing twice as much if it were built entirely of gold). Their actual number, however, remains secret as their geographical location is largely secret. It is the determining factor in the offensive capacity of the B61-12 nuclear bombs. If they were all located in US territory, ready to be transported with strategic bombers, this would not constitute a substantial modification of the current strategic assets. The B61-12 will instead be located in other countries, especially close to Russia, ready to be transported and launched with F-35s and other fighters.

      Aviano and Ghedi bases have been restructured to accommodate the F-35A fighters armed with the new nuclear bombs. Thirty Italian F-35A fighters can be deployed in Ghedi, ready to attack under US command with 60 B61-12 nuclear bombs. It is not excluded that they will also be located in other bases on the Italian territory. In addition to being located in Germany, Belgium, and Holland, they could be also deployed in Poland, whose air forces have been participating for years in NATO nuclear warfare exercises. It is not excluded that they could be located in other Eastern countries. The NATO fighters located in the Baltic republics, close to Russia, can also be armed with the B61-12s. It is not excluded that the new nuclear bombs can also be deployed in Asia and the Middle East against China and Iran. Despite being classified as "non-strategic nuclear weapons", close to target the B61-12 bombs have offensive capabilities similar to those of strategic weapons (such as the nuclear warheads of intercontinental ballistic missiles). They are therefore destabilizing weapons, which will cause a chain reaction and accelerate the nuclear arms race.

     The 5 nuclear powers permanent members of the United Nations Security Council - the United States, Russia, China, France, and the United Kingdom - affirmed in a joint declaration (January 3, 2022), that "a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought ”and that “we remain committed to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of to nuclear arms race and nuclear disarmament”.

     The US should therefore commit not to deploy the new B61-12 nuclear bombs in other countries, even better not to produce them at all.

 Au début du mois d’octobre l’Italie a accueilli la réunion préparatoire de la Conférence ONU sur le changement climatique, actuellement en cours à Glasgow. Deux semaine pus tard l’Italie a accueilli un autre éventent international qui, à la différence du premier amplement publicisé, a été passé sous silence par le gouvernement : la manoeuvre OTAN de guerre nucléaire Steadfast Noon dans les cieux de l’Italie septentrionale et centrale. Y ont participé pendant sept jours, sous commandement USA, les forces aériennes de 14 pays OTAN, avec chasseurs bombardiers à double capacité nucléaire et conventionnelle déployés dans les bases d’Aviano (Frioul) et Ghedi (Brescia). À Aviano est basée en permanence la 31^ème escadre USA avec chasseurs bombardiers F-16C/D et bombes nucléaires B61. A Ghedi le 6^ème Stormo de l’Aéronautique italienne avec chasseurs bombardiers Tornado PA-200 et bombes nucléaires B61. La Fédération des Scientifiques Américains confirme en 2021 que “sont assignées à l’Aéronautique italienne des missions d’attaque nucléaire avec bombes USA, gardées en Italie sous contrôle de l’US Air Force, dont l’utilisation en guerre doit être autorisée par le Président des Etats-Unis”. Les bases d’Aviano et Ghedi ont été restructurées pour recevoir les chasseurs F-35 armés des nouvelles bombes nucléaires B61-12. En octobre dernier a été effectué dans le Nevada le test final avec largage de B61-12 inertes par deux chasseurs F-35A. Sous peu les nouvelles bombes nucléaires arriveront en Italie : dans la seule base de Ghedi peuvent être hébergés 30 chasseurs italiens F-35A, prêts à l’attaque sous commandement USA avec 60 bombes nucléaires B61-12.

 Une semaine après avoir participé à la manœuvre de guerre nucléaire l’Italie a participé à la Conférence ONU sur le changement climatique, présidée par le Royaume-Uni en partenariat avec l’Italie. Le Premier ministre britannique Boris Johnson a averti : “Nous sommes à une minute de minuit et nous avons besoin de réagir maintenant” contre le réchauffement mondial qui est en traine détruire la planète. Il se sert ainsi de la symbolique Horloge de l’Apocalypse, qui en réalité marque à combien de minutes nous sommes du minuit nucléaire. Le même Boris Johnson, il y a quelques mois seulement, en mars, a annoncé la montée en puissance des sous-marins britanniques d’abaque nucléaire : les Astute (coût 2,2 milliards de dollars pièce), armés de missiles nucléaires USA de croisière Tomahawk IV avec une portée de 1.500 km, et les Vanguard, armés de 16 missiles balistiques USA Trident D5 avec une portée de 12.000 km, dotés de plus de 120 têtes nucléaires. Ces derniers seront rapidement remplacés par les encore plus puissants sous-marins de la classe Dreadnought. Les sous-marins britanniques d’attaque nucléaire, qui croisent en profondeur le long des côtes russes, naviguent maintenant aussi le long de celles de la Chine, en partant d’Australie à qui les USA et la Grande-Bretagne fourniront des sous-marins nucléaires. La Grande-Bretagne, qui accueille la Conférence pour sauver la planète du réchauffement mondial, contribue de cette façon à la course aux armements qui amène le monde vers la catastrophe nucléaire. 

 

  Sur un tel fond est trompeuse la vidéo promotionnelle de la Conférence : un Dinosaure, symbole d’une espèce disparue, qui depuis la tribune des Nations Unies alertent les humains pour qu’ils sauvent leur espèce du réchauffement mondial En réalité, confirment des études scientifiques, les dinosaures s’éteignirent non pas à cause du réchauffement mais du refroidissement de la Terre après l’impact d’une énorme météorite qui, soulevant des nuages de poussières, éclipsa le Soleil. Exactement ce qui arriverait à la suite d’une guerre nucléaire : outre des destructions catastrophiques et la retombée radioactive sur toute la planète, elle provoquerait, dans des zones urbaines et forestières, d’énormes incendies qui produiraient dans l’atmosphère une couche d’épaisse fumée, occultant le Soleil. Cela déterminerait un refroidissement climatique pour plusieurs années : l’hiver nucléaire. La conséquence serait l’extinction de la majeure partie des espèces végétales et animales, avec des effets dévastateurs aussi sur l’agriculture. Le froid et la faim réduiraient la capacité de survie des rares rescapés, amenant l’espèce humaine à son extinction.

Insektenschwärme, die gentechnisch veränderte infektiöse Viren transportieren, die landwirtschaftliche Nutzpflanzen eines Landes angreifen und seine Nahrungsmittelproduktion zerstören - das ist kein Science-Fiction-Szenario, sondern ein Plan, der von der DARPA, der Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency des Pentagons, derzeit vorbereitet wird.

Fünf Wissenschaftler von einer französischen und zwei deutschen Universitäten haben diese Informationen in Science, einem der angesehensten wissenschaftlichen Magazinen der Welt, veröffentlicht[1]. In ihrem am 5. Oktober veröffentlichten Leitartikel stellen sie ernsthaft in Frage, dass die Forschung der DARPA mit dem Titel "Insektenverbündete" nur für den von der Agentur erklärten Verwendungszweck - den Schutz der US-Landwirtschaft vor Krankheitserregern durch die Verwendung von Insekten als Überträger gentechnisch veränderter Infektionsviren - bestimmt sei. Diese Viren werden auf Pflanzen übertragen und verändern deren Chromosomen. Diese Kapazität - wie von den fünf Wissenschaftlern erklärt - scheint " sehr begrenzt " zu sein.

Innerhalb des wissenschaftlichen Milieus wird das Programm jedoch "weithin als Versuch wahrgenommen, biologische Kampfstoffe für feindliche Zwecke und ihre Trägersysteme zu entwickeln", mit anderen Worten " eine neue Form von biologischer Waffe ". Dies verstößt gegen das 1975 in Kraft getretene Übereinkommen über biologische Waffen, das jedoch vor allem aufgrund der Weigerung der USA, Inspektionen ihrer eigenen Labors zu akzeptieren, inaktiv geblieben ist.

Die fünf Wissenschaftler stellen fest, dass "unschwer Vereinfachungen genutzt werden könnten, um eine neue Klasse von biologischen Waffen zu entwickeln, Waffen, die aufgrund der Insektenausbreitung als Trägermittel extrem übertragbar auf empfängliche Pflanzenarten wären".

Dieses Szenario eines Angriffs auf die landwirtschaftlichen Kulturen in Russland, China und anderen Ländern, angeführt vom Pentagon mit Schwärmen von Insekten, die das Virus transportieren, ist keine Science-Fiction-Geschichte. Das Programm der DARPA ist nicht das einzige, das Insekten als Kriegswaffe einsetzt. Das US Office of Naval Research hat die Washington University in St. Louis[2] um Forschung gebeten, um Heuschrecken in biologische Drohnen zu verwandeln.

Mit einer in das Gehirn implantierten Elektrode und einem winzigen Sender auf dem Rücken des Insekts kann der Bediener am Boden entschlüsseln, was die Antennen der Heuschrecke aufnehmen. Diese Insekten haben eine olfaktorische Fähigkeit, verschiedene Arten von chemischen Substanzen in der Luft sofort wahrzunehmen - was die Identifizierung von Sprengstofflagern und anderen Stätten ermöglicht, die von Luft- oder Raketenangriffen getroffen werden können.

Noch beängstigendere Szenarien wurden im Editorial von den fünf Wissenschaftlern im Science Magazine erwähnt. Das Programm der DARPA - betonen sie - ist das erste Programm zur Entwicklung von genetisch veränderten Viren, die in der gesamten Umwelt verbreitet werden können und andere Organismen " nicht nur in der Landwirtschaft " infizieren könnten. Mit anderen Worten, Menschen könnten zu den Organismen gezählt werden, die von den durch Insekten übertragenen infektiösen Viren potenziell betroffen sind.

Wir wissen, dass während des Kalten Krieges in den Labors der USA und anderer Nationen an Bakterien und Viren geforscht wurde - wenn diese Erreger durch Insekten (Läuse, Fliegen, Zecken) verbreitet werden, können sie Epidemien in der feindlichen Nation auslösen. Dazu gehören die Bakterien Yersinia Pestis, die Ursache der Beulenpest (der schreckliche "Schwarze Tod" des Mittelalters) und das Ebola-Virus, das sowohl ansteckend als auch tödlich ist.

Mit den heute verfügbaren Techniken ist es möglich, neue Arten von Krankheitserregern zu produzieren, die sich durch Insekten ausbreiten und gegen die die Zielbevölkerung keine Verteidigung hätte.

Die "Plagen", die in der biblischen Erzählung von Gott gesandt wurden, um Ägypten mit riesigen Schwärmen von Moskitos, Fliegen und Heuschrecken zu treffen, können heute tatsächlich von Menschen gesandt werden, um die ganze Welt zu treffen. Diesmal werden wir nicht von Propheten gewarnt, sondern von Wissenschaftlern, die ihre Menschlichkeit bewahrt haben.
