Audit: EC hideshow the contract for 1.8 billion doses of vaccines with Pfizer was concluded

The European Court of Auditors has published  a report accusing the European Commission (EC) of refusing to disclose details of Commission President Ursula von der Leyen's personal role in negotiations for the biggest contract for 1.8 billion doses of Pfizer's vaccine. The estimated value of the contract (2021-2023) is EUR 35 billion if fully implemented.

The Audit Chamber reported that it had found disturbing facts surrounding the transaction. According to auditors, the EC chief overruled existing rules to strike a preliminary deal with the US multinational, paving the way for a contract for up to 1.8 billion doses of the Covid-19 vaccine to be signed in May 2021.

For all other vaccine deals concluded by the EU between 2020 and 2021, a joint team consisting of officials from the Commission and seven member states held exploratory talks. The result was then referred to the Vaccine Steering Board, made up of representatives from all 27 EU member states that have signed it.

Dmytro Shabanov worked as an associate in the OSCE mission in Donbass.

The Supreme Court of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) convicted two employees of the mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for treason - espionage for the benefit of a foreign country.

In two separate cases, a translator from the mission, Maxim Petrov, and another associate, Dmytro Shabanov, were found guilty of treason. Each was sentenced to 13 years in prison.

Shabanov, according to the indictment, also cooperated with a foreign intelligence service. The cases were heard in closed court and the exact circumstances of the betrayal remain unknown.

The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, banned the OSCE mission in the separatist republic back in April. He explained that during the conflict between the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics in Donbass and Ukraine, which began in 2014, the mission never contributed to the peace process, did not register numerous violations by Kyiv and became known as the "blind observers'.

Introdução

 

Grande parte da denominada "História" que nos foi ensinada nas nossas escolas não tem sido tão exacta como poderíamos ter acreditado. Em particular e, sobretudo, com astúcia, os editores de livros conseguiram eliminar muita da informação mais importante necessária para nos dar uma compreensão real do mundo em que vivemos. Após a eliminação de talvez 50% dos factos cruciais, a maioria do resto que nos foi apresentada é completamente falsa. Para piorar a situação, eles conseguiram construir uma narrativa histórica ilógica que consiste em bytes sonoros que parecem não estar relacionados, impedindo-nos, assim, de poder ligar os processos necessários para ver o quadro geral tal como ele realmente é (ou foi). Para piorar a situação, os nossos professores, tendo sido educados neste mesmo sistema, ignoram  completamente a maioria dos factos cruciais. Tentarei apresentar neste ensaio,  algumas secções importantes de um segmento significativo da nossa História, para que as relações possam ser efectuadas e o enquadramento discernido como um todo.

 

Contrariamente ao que é afirmado nos textos propagandísticos da nossa História e como alguém escreveu, as revoluções resultaram muito raramente  de uma "combustão espontânea da ordem social". Na maioria das vezes, o fósforo é aceso por alguma "agência secreta que se esconde nos santuários sombrios de certas formas de maçonaria" que, inevitavelmente, tem "uma origem nitidamente judaica". A nossa História registada omitiu em todos os casos, as identidades étnicas dos instigadores e dos actores  principais e, com poucas excepções (sobretudo, em França e na Rússia), enterrou completamente a ocorrência destas revoluções. Os países europeus tiveram duas vagas de revoluções com cerca de 100 anos de intervalo, destinadas a derrubar as monarquias, mas elas foram apenas o início. Hoje, poucos indivíduos parecem estar conscientes de que o movimento comunista foi, sensivelmente, uma criação 100% judaica, inclinada a promover revoluções não só na Europa mas em todo o mundo. Tivemos Trotsky e Lenine na Rússia, as lojas maçónicas judaicas em França, um golpe bem sucedido na Mongólia, Bela Kun na Hungria, Rosa Luxemburgo na Alemanha, tentativas de revoluções comunistas nos EUA (Emma Goldman) e no Canadá, na China (Voitinsky), Bettelheim (na Áustria) e muitos mais.

I am invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new president of Kenya on behalf of China. I met with President Ruto to convey the Chinese leader’s warm congratulations and best wishes and exchanged opinions on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.

China and Kenya both believe that the two sides need to continue to deepen political mutual trust and work as each other’s trustworthy and sincere friends in politics as well as reliable and close partners in development.

Die Einweihung der TurkStream-Gaspipeline vor zwei Jahren durch die Präsidenten Russlands, der Türkei und Serbiens und den Premierminister von Bulgarien.

Die westlichen Sanktionen gegen Russland hindern Gazprom daran, North Stream 1 zu betreiben, die einzige Pipeline, die nach der erzwungenen Schließung ihres Zwillings, North Stream 2, russisches Gas nach Deutschland bringt. Der Kreml erklärt:

 "Die von der EU, dem Vereinigten Königreich und Kanada verhängten Sanktionen haben das technische Betreuungssystem der Turbinenkomponenten, die das Pumpen ermöglichten, unterbrochen."

Die Strategie der USA und der EU ist klar: Europa daran zu hindern, russisches Gas zu niedrigen Preisen zu erhalten, dank der langfristigen Vereinbarungen, die zuvor mit Russland geschlossen wurden. Das wird die europäischen Verbraucher zwingen, es auf dem Spotmarkt zu extrem höheren, von der Amsterdamer Börse festgelegten Preisen zu kaufen, Börse, die jetzt Teil eines großen US-Finanzunternehmens ist.

Die einzige Pipeline, die regelmäßig russisches Gas nach Europa transportiert, ist der TurkStream durch das Schwarze Meer und den Balkan. Ungarn, das sich den EU-Sanktionen widersetzt (obwohl es Teil der EU und der NATO ist), hat ein langfristiges Abkommen mit Gazprom unterzeichnet, um 80% des benötigten Gases von Russland über diese Pipeline zu erhalten.

Aber auf dem Balkan, insbesondere gegen Serbien, wo der TurkStream verläuft, gibt es wachsende hinter den Kulissen von der NATO provozierte Spannungen, die zur Blockade einschließlich dieser letzten Gaspipeline Russlands führen könnten.

Le sanzioni alla Russia impediscono alla Gazprom di far funzionare il North Stream 1, l’unico che porta in Germania il gas russo dopo la chiusura forzata del gasdotto gemello, il North Stream 2. Il Cremlino comunica che "Le sanzioni imposte da UE, Regno Unito, Stati Uniti e Canada hanno interrotto il sistema di manutenzione tecnica dei componenti della turbina che assicurava il pompaggio".

La strategia USA-UE è chiara: impedire all’Europa di ricevere il gas russo a basso prezzo grazie agli accordi a lungo termine precedentemente stipulati con la Russia, obbligando i consumatori europei ad acquistarlo sul mercato spot a prezzi estremamente più alti fissati in base a meccanismi speculativi e politici dalla Borsa di Amsterdam, che fa parte oggi di una grande società finanziaria statunitense.

L’unico gasdotto che trasporta regolarmente gas russo in Europa è il TurkStream, attraverso il Mar Nero e i Balcani. L’Ungheria, che si oppone alle sanzioni UE (nonostante faccia parte della UE e della NATO), ha firmato un accordo a lungo termine con la Gazprom per ricevere dalla Russia attraverso questo gasdotto l’80% del gas di cui ha bisogno.

Vi sono però nei Balcani, soprattutto contro la Serbia da cui passa il TurkStream, crescenti tensioni provocate dalle lunghe mani della NATO, che potrebbero portare al blocco anche di questo ultimo gasdotto dalla Russia.

Tale situazione si inserisce in uno scenario politico-militare sempre più esplosivo. La nuova premier britannica Liz Truss si dichiara “pronta a usare le armi nucleari”.

Un ulteriore pericolo è provocato dal fatto che le forze ucraine – armate, addestrate e di fatto comandate dalla NATO - sparano con i cannoni forniti loro da NATO e UE sulla centrale nucleare di Zaparozhye atttualmente sotto controllo russo, esponendo l’Italia e l’Europa al gravissimo rischio di una nuova Cernobyl.

L’Agenzia Internazionale per l’Energia Atomica avverte: “Con la centrale mucleare di Zaporizhzhya giochiamo col fuoco e potrebbe accadere qualcosa di molto, molto catastrofico” .

L’arrêt de l’exportation du gaz russe que les Occidentaux tentent d’organiser ne se porte pas seulement sur les gazoducs North Stream, mais aussi sur le TurkStream. Par conséquent toutes les pressions sont dirigées contre la Serbie par où passe ce troisième gazoduc et qui espère pouvoir en bénéficier.

L’inauguration du gazoduc TurkStream, il y a deux ans, par les présidents russe, turc et serbe et le Premier ministre bulgare.

Les sanctions contre la Russie empêchent Gazprom de faire fonctionner le North Stream 1, unique gazoduc qui apporte en Allemagne le gaz russe après la fermeture forcée de son jumeau, le North Stream 2. Le Kremlin communique : « Les sanctions imposées par UE, Royaume-Uni et Canada ont interrompu le système de manutention technique des composants de la turbine qui assurait le pompage ».

La stratégie USA-UE est claire : empêcher l’Europe de recevoir le gaz russe à bas prix grâce aux accords à long terme précédemment stipulés avec la Russie, obligeant les consommateurs européens à l’acheter sur le marché au comptant à des prix extrêmement plus hauts fixés par la Bourse d’Amsterdam, qui fait aujourd’hui partie d’une grande société financière étasunienne.

L’unique gazoduc qui transporte régulièrement du gaz russe en Europe est le TurkStream, à travers la Mer Noire et les Balkans. La Hongrie, qui s’oppose aux sanctions UE (bien qu’elle fasse partie de l’UE et de l’Otan), a signé un accord à long terme avec Gazprom pour recevoir de la Russie à travers ce gazoduc 80 % du gaz dont elle a besoin.

Mais il y a dans les Balkans, surtout contre la Serbie chez qui passe le TurkStream, des croissantes tensions provoquées en sous-main par l’Otan, qui pourraient aboutir au blocus y compris de cet ultime gazoduc de la Russie.

Cette situation s’inscrit dans un scénario politico-militaire de plus en plus explosif. La nouvelle Première ministre britannique Liz Truss se déclare « prête à utiliser les armes nucléaires ».

Un danger ultérieur est provoqué par le fait que les forces ukrainiennes -armées, entraînées et de fait commandées par l’Otan- tirent avec les cannons que leur ont fournis Otan et UE sur la centrale de Zaporijia actuellement sous contrôle russe exposant ainsi l’Europe au très grave risque d’un nouveau Tchernobyl.

L’Agence Internationale pour l’Énergie Atomique prévient : « Avec la centrale nucléaire de Zaporijia nous jouons avec le feu et quelque chose de beaucoup, beaucoup plus catastrophique pourrait arriver ».
