The attack on Russia is the biggest geopolitical gamble in America’s history. If it succeeds, America will be the indisputable hegemon of the world, leading to a truly one-world government. On the other hand, if it fails, the American Century and the U.S. dollar’s status as the global currency will collapse unceremoniously. We are living through a momentous and dangerous arc of history.

Time is running out for America

Let’s start with the big picture. America’s preeminence is rapidly fading. The US’ share of global GDP is shrinking, and America’s debt is exploding. How long can the US dollar enjoy its “exorbitant privelege”? Max 10-15 years. America’s democracy is also faltering and the country is deeply divided.

Meanwhile, anti-American forces like China, Russia, and Iran are getting stronger. Russia has hypersonic missiles with multiple nuclear warheads that US missile defense systems cannot stop. China’s GDP is whopping $18 trillion now. And if Europe has peaceful relations with Russia (provider of cheap energy) and China (provider of cheap manufactured goods), the so-called Eurasia will have an economy twice as large as the US’. Even vassal states like Saudi Arabia are now starting to rebel, daring to sell oil for Yuan. Thus, something has to be done.

Plan A: Contain China

The US tried to contain and decouple from China during the Trump administration. However, that failed miserably: USA-China trade was whopping $650 billion in 2021. The next option could have been to isolate China by pulling Russia away from China’s orbit. Sort of like what President Eisenhower did when he invited the Soviet leader Khrushchev to the White House in 1959. (In 1972, Nixon did the divide-and-conquer in the other way by allying with China and isolating the USSR).

Humankind is at a cusp, a point of transition between two different states of governance and existence. The world today is like a sack being slowly filled while the string around the opening is pulled increasingly tighter to prevent the contents from escaping confinement. The shadows of this future are everywhere to be seen but even the keenest of observers tend to view the portents not as the warnings they are, but instead regard all these pieces of one despairing puzzle as disconnected and unrelated events. In this essay, we will take a look at where our world is going, how it is going there, and why it is going there.

For, dark and despairing, my sight I may seal, but man cannot hide what God would reveal.

One needn’t be credentialed as either prophet or oracle to make the connections and expose the plan. It is another matter entirely to convince average readers of the truth of it. German philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer wrote that all truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. We are midway between the first and second stages, where proponents of exposure are still widely ridiculed but, if they gain a popular audience, they will be violently attacked.

Where we are going – One World Government

Lest we succumb to the temptation of dismissing this as yet another batty conspiracy theory, it would be wise to consider these quotes:

David Rockefeller in an address to the Trilateral Commission, referring to the Bilderberg Group, whose existence was hotly denied and derided for decades as just another conspiracy theory:

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected the promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of public scrutiny during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and fully prepared to march towards our one world-government. The supranational sovereignty of our intellectual elites and world bankers is surely preferable to the globe as a whole.” (2)

A Humanidade está no topo, num ponto de transição entre dois estados diferentes de governação e de existência. As sombras deste futuro estão em toda parte para serem vistas, mas até o mais perspicaz dos observadores tende a ver os presságios  não como os avisos que são, mas considera todas estas peças de um quebra-cabeças desesperante como sendo acontecimentos separados e não relacionados. Neste ensaio, veremos para onde o nosso mundo se está a encaminhar.

Por mais sombria e angustiante que possa ser a minha visão, o homem não pode esconder o que Deus irá revelar.

Não é preciso ser profeta ou oráculo para fazer as ligações e expor o plano. Outra questão é convencer os leitores comuns da verdade dos factos. O filósofo alemão Arthur Schopenhauer escreveu que toda a verdade passa por três fases. Na primeira, é ridicularizada. Na segunda, é violentamente contrariada. Na terceira, é aceite como evidente por si mesma. La humanidad se encuentra en una cúspide, en un punto de transición entre dos estados diferentes de gobierno y de existencia. El mundo de hoy es como un saco que se llena lentamente mientras se aprieta cada vez más fuerte la cuerda de alrededor de la abertura para evitar que el contenido se escape del confinamiento. Las sombras de este futuro se ven por todas partes, pero incluso los observadores más perspicaces tienden a ver los presagios, no como las advertencias que son, sino que consideran todas estas piezas de un desesperado rompecabezas como acontecimientos desconectados y no relacionados entre sí. En este ensayo, echaremos un vistazo a dónde va nuestro mundo, cómo está yendo allí, y por qué está yendo allí.

Die Rockefeller Foundation hat den "National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan" vorgelegt, in dem die "pragmatischen Schritte zur Wiedereröffnung unserer Arbeitsplätze und unserer Gemeinden" aufgezeigt werden. Es geht jedoch nicht nur um Gesundheitsmaßnahmen, wie es aus dem Titel hervorgeht.

Der Plan - zu dem einige der angesehensten Universitäten beigetragen haben (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins und andere) - deutet auf ein wirklich hierarchisches und militarisiertes Sozialmodell hin.

An der Spitze steht das "Pandemic Testing Board (PTB), ähnlich dem War Production Board, das die Vereinigten Staaten im Zweiten Weltkrieg schufen". Das "Pandemic Testing Board" würde "aus Führungskräften aus Wirtschaft, Regierung und Wissenschaft bestehen" (Regierungsvertreter stünden nicht in der ersten Reihe, sondern Finanz- und Wirtschaftsvertreter, die in der Reihenfolge ihrer Bedeutung aufgelistet würden).

Dieser Oberste Rat würde über Produktionen und Dienstleistungen entscheiden, und zwar mit einer Befugnis, die der dem Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten in Kriegszeiten durch den Defense Production Act übertragenen ähnelt.

Der Plan sieht vor, dass 3 Millionen US-Bürger wöchentlich einem Covid-19-Test unterzogen werden, und die Zahl soll innerhalb von sechs Monaten auf 30 Millionen pro Woche erhöht werden. Ziel ist es, die Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Covid-19-Tests bei 30 Millionen Menschen pro Tag zu erreichen, was innerhalb eines Jahres realisiert werden soll.

Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dies der Plan ist, den die Rockefeller Foundation in den Vereinigten Staaten und darüber hinaus umsetzen will. Sollte er auch nur teilweise umgesetzt werden, würde es zu einer weiteren Konzentration der wirtschaftlichen und politischen Macht in den Händen eines noch engeren Elite-Sektors kommen, zum Nachteil einer wachsenden Mehrheit, der die demokratischen Grundrechte vorenthalten würden.

Die Operation wird im Namen der "Covid-19-Kontrolle" durchgeführt, deren Sterblichkeitsrate nach offiziellen Angaben bisher weniger als 0,03% der US-Bevölkerung beträgt. Im Rockefeller-Foundation-Plan wird das Virus als eine echte Waffe eingesetzt, die gefährlicher ist als Covid-19 selbst.

The Rockefeller Foundation has presented the "National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan" , indicating the "pragmatic steps to reopen our workplaces and our communities". However, it is not simply a matter of health measures as it appears from the title.

The Plan - that some of the most prestigious universities have contributed to (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins and others) - prefigures a real hierarchical and militarized social model.

At the top, the "Pandemic Testing Board (PTB), akin to the War Production Board that the United States created in World War II". The Pandemic Testing Board would “consist of leaders from business, government and academia” (government representatives would not in the first row, but finance and economic representatives being listed in order of importance).

This Supreme Council would have the power to decide productions and services with an authority similar to that conferred to the President of the United States in wartime by the Defense Production Act.

The plan calls for 3 million US citizens to be Covid-19 tested weekly, and the number should be raised to 30 million per week within six months. The goal is to achieve the ability to Covid-19 test 30 million people a day, which is to be realized within a year.

For each test, "a fair market reimbursement (e.g. $100) for all Covid-19 assays” is expected. Thus, billions of dollars a month of public money will be needed.

The Rockefeller Foundation and its financial partners will help create a network for the provision of credit guarantees and the signing of contracts with suppliers, that is large companies that manufacture drugs and medical equipment.

According to the Plan, the "Pandemic Control Council" is also authorized to create a "Pandemic Response Corps": a special force (not surprisingly called "Corps" like the Marine Corps) with a staff of 100 to 300 thousand components.

They would be recruited among Peace Corps and Americorps volunteers (officially created by the US government to "help developing countries") and among National Guard military personnel. According to data provided by the "Pandemic Control Council", it would be decided from time to time which area should be subject to lockdown and for how long.

This, in summary, is the plan the Rockefeller Foundation wants to implement in the United States and beyond. If it were even partially implemented, there would be further concentration of economic and political power in the hands of an even narrower elite sector to the detriment of a growing majority that would be deprived of fundamental democratic rights.

The operation is carried out in the name of "Covid-19 control", whose mortality rate has so far been less than 0.03% of the US population according to official data. In the Rockefeller Foundation Plan the virus is used as a real weapon, more dangerous than Covid-19 itself.

Die Rockerfeller Stiftung (Rockefeller foundation), welche historische Beziehungen mit der Föderation der Staaten der USA unterhält, hat einen nationalen Plan vorgestellt, um die Epidemie des Corona-Virus zu kontrollieren. Dieser zielt darauf ab auf Staatskosten täglich 30 Millionen Personen zu testen und die US-Bürger einer strikten militärischen Kontrolle zu unterwerfen.

Der Präsident der Rockefeller Stiftung, Doktor Rajiv Shah ist ein hoher US-Funktionär und Spezalist für die Manipulation "Humanitärer Hilfe" als Mittel zur Ausübung politischen Drucks. Insbesondere war er Direktor des ökologischen Programmes der Bill & Melinda Gates Stiftung in Afrika, bis er von Hillary Clinton zum Direktor der USAID (United States Agency for International Development/US-Agentur für internationale Entwicklung) berufen wurde. Er soll Mitglied der The Fellowship sein, einem Gebetskreis, welcher die Chefs der Generalstäbe und Hillary Clinton Pentagon-nah vereinigt.

Die Rockerfeller Stiftung hat ihren "Nationalen Aktionsplan zur Kontrolle des Covid-19" präsentiert, wobei "pragmatische Schritte für die Wiedereröffnung unserer Arbeitsstätten und des Gemeinschaftsleben" aufgezeigt wurden.

Aber es handelt sich nicht, wie es dem Titel nach scheinen könnte einfach nur um Hygienemaßnahmen. Der Plan zu welchem die renommiertesten Universitäten - (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins und andere) - beigetragen haben, konfiguriert ein echtes militärisch-sozial-hierarchisches Modell. An der Spitze: Der "Pandemie-Kontroll-Rat", analog zum "Kriegsproduktionsrat", welchen die USA während WK-II intronisierten.

A Fundação Rockefeller apresentou o “Plano de Acção Nacional Covid-19”, indicando os “passos pragmáticos para reabrir os nossos locais de trabalho e a nossa comunidade”. No entanto, como aparece no título, não se trata apenas de medidas de saúde.

O Plano - para o qual contribuíram algumas das universidades de maior prestígio (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins e outros) - prefigura um verdadeiro modelo social hierárquico e militarizado.

No topo, o “Conselho de Controlo da Pandemia, análogo ao Conselho de Produção de Guerra que os Estados Unidos criaram na Segunda Guerra Mundial”. Seria composto pelos “‘leaders’ do mundo dos negócios, do governo e do mundo académico” (assim enumerados por ordem de importância, em primeiro lugar, não os representantes do governo, mas os das finanças e da economia).

Este Conselho Supremo teria o poder de decidir produções e serviços, com uma autoridade semelhante à conferida ao Presidente dos Estados Unidos em tempo de guerra pela Lei de Produção de Defesa.

O plano prevê que sejam submetidos semanalmente ao teste Covid-19,  3 milhões de cidadãos dos EUA e que esse número deve ser elevado a 30 milhões de testes por semana, dentro de seis meses. O objectivo, a ser alcançado dentro de um ano, é atingir a capacidade de testar Covid-19 em 30 milhões de pessoas por dia. Para cada teste, prevê-se “um reembolso adequado, ao preço do mercado, de 100 doláres”. Assim, serão necessários, em dinheiro do erário público, “biliões de dólares por mês”.

A Fundação Rockefeller e os seus parceiros financeiros ajudarão a criar uma rede para o fornecimento de garantias de crédito e a assinatura de contratos com fornecedores, ou seja, com grandes empresas produtoras de medicamentos e equipamentos médicos.

  De acordo com o Plano, o “Conselho de Controlo de Pandemia” também está autorizado a criar um

“Corpo de Resposta à Pandemia”: uma força especial (não é por acaso que é denominada “Corpo” como o dos Marines/Fuzileiros Navais) com uma equipa de 100 a 300 mil componentes. Seriam recrutados entre os voluntários do Peace Corps e  dos Americacorps (oficialmente criados pelo Governo dos EUA para “ajudar os países em desenvolvimento”) e entre os militares da Guarda Nacional.(1)

Os membros do “Pandemic Response Corps” receberiam um salário bruto médio de 40.000 dólares/ano, para o qual está prevista uma despesa estatal de  4 a12 biliões de dólares por ano.

O “Corpo de Resposta à Pandemia” teria, sobretudo, a tarefa de controlar a população com técnicas do tipo militar, através de sistemas de rastreio e identificação digital, nos locais de trabalho e estudo, nos bairros residenciais, nos locais públicos e de deslocação. Sistemas deste tipo - recorda a Rockefeller Foundation - são fabricados pela Apple, Google e Facebook.

De acordo com o Plano, as informações sobre os indivíduos, relacionadas com o seu estado de saúde e com as suas actividades, permaneceriam confidenciais “na medida do possível”. No entanto, todas seriam centralizadas numa plataforma digital co-gerenciada pelo Estado Federal e por empresas privadas. Com base nos dados fornecidos pelo “Conselho do Controlo da Pandemia”, seria decidido, periodicamente, quais as áreas que estariam sujeitas a ‘lockdown’ e por quanto tempo. Este é, em resumo, o plano que a Fundação Rockefeller deseja concretizar nos Estados Unidos e não só.

Se fosse efectivado, ainda que parcialmente, haveria uma maior concentração do poder económico e político nas mãos de elites ainda mais reduzidas, em prejuízo de uma maioria crescente que seria privada dos direitos democráticos fundamentais. Operação realizada em nome do “controlo Covid-19”, cuja taxa de mortalidade, segundo dados oficiais, até agora tem sido inferior a 0,03% da população dos EUA.

No Plano da Fundação Rockefeller, o vírus é usado como uma arma real, mais perigosa do que o próprio Covid-19.

 La Fondation Rockefeller a présenté le “Plan d’action national pour le contrôle du Covid-19”, en indiquant les “pas pragmatiques pour ré-ouvrir nos lieux de travail et nos communautés”.

  Mais il ne s’agit pas, comme il apparaît dans le titre, simplement de mesures sanitaires. Le Plan -auquel ont contribué certaines des plus prestigieuses universités (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins et autres)— préfigure un véritable modèle social hiérarchisé et militarisé.   

  Au sommet : le “Conseil de contrôle de la pandémie, analogue au Conseil de production de guerre que les États-Unis créèrent dans la Seconde guerre mondiale”. Il serait composé de “leaders du monde des affaires, du gouvernement et du monde universitaire” (ainsi listé par ordre d’importance, avec au premier rang non pas les représentants gouvernementaux mais ceux de la finance et de l’économie). Ce Conseil suprême aurait le pouvoir de décider productions et services, avec une autorité analogue à celle conférée au président des États-Unis en temps de guerre par la Loi pour la production de la Défense.

  Le Plan prévoit qu’il faut soumettre au test Covid-19, hebdomadairement, 3 millions de citoyens étasuniens, et que le nombre doit être porté à 30 millions par semaine en six mois. L’objectif, à réaliser en une année, est celui d’atteindre la capacité de soumettre à des tests Covid-19 30 millions de personnes par jour. Pour chaque test on prévoit “un remboursement adéquat à un prix de marché de 100 dollars”. Il faudra donc, en argent public, “des milliards de dollars par mois”.

  La Fondation Rockefeller et ses partenaires financiers contribueront à créer un réseau pour la fourniture de garanties de crédit et la signature des contrats avec les fournisseurs, c’est-à-dire avec les grandes sociétés productrices de médicaments et équipements médicaux.

  Selon le Plan, le “Conseil de contrôle de la pandémie” est aussi autorisé à créer un “Corps de réponse à la pandémie” : une force spéciale (non fortuitement nommée “Corps” comme celui des Marines) avec un personnel de 100-300 mille membres. Ils seraient recrutés parmi les volontaires des Peace Corps et des Americorps (créés par le gouvernement USA officiellement pour “aider les pays en voie de développement”) et parmi les militaires de la Garde Nationale. Les membres du “Corps de réponse à la pandémie” recevraient un salaire moyen brut de 40.000 dollars annuels, pour lequel est prévue une dépense publique de 4-12 milliards de dollars annuels. (1)

  Le “Corps de réponse à la pandémie” aurait surtout la tâche de contrôler la population avec des techniques de type militaire, à travers des systèmes digitaux de traciation et identification, dans les lieux de travail et d’étude, dans les quartiers de résidence, dans les locaux publics et dans les déplacements. Des systèmes de ce type -rappelle la Fondation Rockefeller- sont réalisés par Apple, Google et Facebook. Selon le Plan, les informations sur les personnes individuelles, relatives à leur état de santé et à leurs activités, resteraient réservées “autant qu’il est possible”. Elles seraient cependant toutes centralisées dans une plate-forme digitale cogérée par l’État Fédéral et par des sociétés privées. Sur la base des données fournies par le “Conseil de contrôle de la pandémie”, serait décidé tour à tour quelles zones seraient soumises au confinement et pour combien de temps. (1)

  Ceci, en synthèse, est le plan que la Fondation Rockefeller veut opérer aux États-Unis et ailleurs. S’il était réalisé même partiellement, se produirait une ultérieure concentration du pouvoir économique et politique dans les mains d’élites encore plus restreintes, au détriment d’une majorité croissante qui se verrait privée des droits démocratiques fondamentaux.

  Opération conduite au nom du “contrôle du Covid-19”, dont le taux de mortalité, d’après les données officielles, est jusqu’à présent inférieur à 0,03% de la population étasunienne. Dans le Plan de la Fondation Rockefeller le virus se trouve utilisé comme une véritable arme, plus dangereuse encore que le Covid-19 même.
