YK:n kolmas komitea, joka on vastuussa sosiaalisista, humanitaarisista ja kulttuurikysymyksistä, hyväksyi päätöslauselman 18. marraskuuta -
"Torjumaan natsismin, uusnatsismin ja muiden käytäntöjen, jotka myötävaikuttavat rasismin, rotusyrjinnän, muukalaisvihan ja siihen liittyvän suvaitsemattomuuden muotojen ruokkimiseen".

Päätöslauselmassa muistutettiin, että ”natsismista saatu voitto toisessa maailmansodassa edisti YK:n perustamista tulevaisuuden sukupolvien pelastamiseksi sodan vitsaukselta” herätti pelkoa uusnatsien, rasististen ja muukalaisvihamielisten liikkeiden leviämisestä eri puolilla maailmaa.
Päätöslauselmassa ilmaistiin ”syvä huoli natsismin, uusnatsismin ja Waffen-SS:n entisten jäsenten ihannonnista” missä tahansa muodossa. Siksi siinä korostettiin, että ”uusnatsismi on muutakin kuin kuin vain menneen liikkeen ihannointia: se on moderni ilmiö”. Uusnatsit ja muut vastaavat liikkeet ruokkivat nykypäivän rasismia, rotusyrjintää, antisemitismiä, islamofobiaa, kristofobiaa, muukalaisvihaa ja siihen liittyvää suvaitsemattomuutta”.~

The political significance of this vote is clear: NATO members and partners boycotted the Resolution which, first of all, calls into question Ukraine without naming it, whose neo-Nazi movements have been and are used by NATO for strategic purposes.

 

The United Nations Third Committee - in charge of social, humanitarian and cultural issues - approved on November 18 the Resolution "Combating glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance”.

 The Resolution, recalling that "The victory over Nazism in World War II contributed to the creation of the United Nations in order to save future generations from the scourge of war" raised alarm for the spread of neo-Nazi, racist, and xenophobic movements in many parts of the world.

The Resolution expressed "deep concern for the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and former members of the Waffen-SS" in whatever form. The Resolution, therefore, emphasized that "neo-Nazism is more than just the glorification of a past movement: it is a contemporary phenomenon." Neo-Nazi and other similar movements "fuel contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, antisemitism, Islamophobia, Christianophobia, xenophobia and related intolerance".

The Resolution therefore called on the States of the United Nations to undertake a series of measures to counter this phenomenon.

The Resolution, already adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 18, 2019, was approved by the Third Committee with 122 votes in favor, including the votes of Russia and China, two permanent members of the Security Council.

 Only two members of the United Nations voted against it: The United States (a permanent member of the Security Council) and Ukraine 

The other 29 country NATO members, including Italy, certainly due to an internal directive, abstained. So did the 27 members of the European Union, 21 of them belonging to NATO. Among the 53 abstentions are also Australia, Japan, and other NATO partners.

 

The political significance of this vote is clear: NATO members and partners boycotted the Resolution that calls into question Ukraine first of all without naming it, Ukraine’s neo-Nazi movements have been and are used by NATO for strategic purposes.

There is ample evidence that neo-Nazi teams were trained and employed, under US / NATO direction, in the Maidan square putsch in 2014 and in the attack on Ukrainian Russians to provoke, with the detachment of Crimea and its return to Russia, a new confrontation in Europe similar to that of the Cold War.

The role of the Azov battalion - founded in 2014 by Andriy Biletsky, the "white Führer" who is a supporter of the "racial purity of the Ukrainian nation, which must not mix with inferior races," is emblematic.

After being distinguished for its ferocity, the Azov battalion was transformed into a regiment of the Ukrainian National Guard, equipped with tanks and artillery. It preserved the emblem, modeled on that of the SS Das Reich, and the ideological formation of its recruits is modeled on that of the Nazis. The Azov Regiment is trained by US instructors, transferred from Vicenza to Ukraine, flanked by others from NATO.

 

Azov is not just a military unit, but an ideological and political movement. Biletsky is the charismatic leader especially for the youth organization, which is educated in hatred against Russians and militarily trained. At the same time, neo-Nazis from all over Europe, including Italy, are being recruited in Kiev. Thus, Ukraine has become the "nursery" of the resurgent Nazism in the heart of Europe.

Italy's abstention is part of this framework, even not voting for the Resolution at the General Assembly. The Parliament agreed, as when in 2017 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the President of the Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy, who is the founder of the Ukrainian National Social Party organized  on the Hitlerian National Socialist model; he is the head of the neo-Nazi squads that are responsible for murders and ferocious beatings of political opposers.

He will be the one to congratulate the Italian government on the  UN Resolution on Nazism non-vote, in line with what he declared on television: “The greatest man who practiced direct democracy was Adolf Hitler.”

La Troisième Commission des Nations Unies -chargée des questions sociales, humanitaires et culturelles- a approuvé le 18 novembre la Résolution “Lutte contre la glorification du nazisme, du néonazisme et d’autres pratiques qui contribuent à alimenter les formes contemporaines de racisme, de discrimination raciale, de xénophobie et de l’intolérance qui y est associée”. 

  La Résolution, rappelant que “ c’est notamment la victoire remportée alors sur le nazisme qui a amené la création de l’Organisation des Nations Unies, appelée à empêcher de nouvelles guerres et à préserver de ce fléau les générations futures”, lance l’alarme sur la diffusion de mouvements néonazis, racistes et xénophobes dans de nombreuses régions du monde. Elle se déclare “profondément préoccupée par la glorification, quelle qu’en soit la forme, du mouvement nazi, du néonazisme et des anciens membres de l’organisation Waffen-SS”. Elle souligne ensuite que “le néonazisme n’est pas que la glorification d’un mouvement historique, mais qu’il s’agit d’un phénomène contemporain”. Les mouvements néonazis et d’autres analogues “alimentent les formes contemporaines de racisme, de discrimination raciale, d’antisémitisme, d’islamophobie, de christianophobie, de xénophobie et de l’intolérance qui y est associée”. 

  La Résolution appelle donc les États des Nations Unies à entreprendre une série de mesures pour contrecarrer ce phénomène. La Résolution, déjà adoptée par l’Assemblée Générale des Nations Unies le 18 décembre 2019, a été approuvée par la Troisième Commission avec 122 voix pour, parmi lesquelles celles de deux membres permanents du Conseil de Sécurité, Russie et Chine. Deux membres seulement des Nations Unies ont voté contre : États-Unis (membre permanent du Conseil de Sécurité) et Ukraine. Selon certainement une directive interne, les autres 29 membres de l’OTAN, dont l’Italie, se sont abstenus. Même chose pour les 27 membres de l’Union Européenne, dont 21 appartiennent à l’OTAN. Parmi les 53 abstentions se trouvent aussi l’Australie, le Japon et d’autres partenaires de l’OTAN.

  La signification politique de ce vote est claire : les membres et partenaires de l’OTAN ont boycotté la Résolution qui, tout en ne la nommant pas, met directement en cause avant tout l’Ukraine, dont les mouvements néonazis ont été et sont utilisés par l’OTAN à des fins stratégiques. On a d’amples preuves que des brigades néonazies ont été entraînées et utilisées, sous gestion USA/OTAN, dans le putsch de la place Maïdan en 2014 et dans l’attaque contre les Russes d’Ukraine pour provoquer, avec le détachement de la Crimée et son retour à la Russie, une nouvelle confrontation en Europe analogue à celle de la guerre froide. 

   Emblématique est le rôle du bataillon Azov, fondé en 2014 par Andriy Biletsky, le “Führer blanc” partisan de la “pureté raciale de la nation ukrainienne, qui ne doit pas se mélanger à des races inférieures”.

   Après s’être distingué par sa férocité, l’Azov a été transformé en régiment de la Garde nationale ukrainienne, doté de blindé et artillerie. Ce qu’il a conservé c’est son emblème, calqué sur celui des SS Das Reich, et sa formation idéologique des recrues modelée sur celle des nazis. Le régiment Azov est entraîné par des instructeurs étasuniens, transférés de Vicenza en Ukraine, et d’autres de l’OTAN. L’Azov n’est pas seulement une unité militaire, mais un mouvement idéologique et politique. Biletsky reste le chef charismatique particulièrement pour l’organisation de jeunesse, éduquée à la haine contre les Russes et entraînée militairement. En même temps, sont recrutés à Kiev des néonazis de toute l’Europe, Italie comprise. 

  L’Ukraine est ainsi devenue le “vivier” du nazisme renaissant au coeur de l’Europe. Dans ce cadre s’insère l’abstention de l’Italie, y compris dans la votation de la Résolution à l’Assemblée Générale. Le Parlement accepte, comme quand en 2017 il a signé un mémorandum d’entente avec le président du parlement ukrainien Andriy Parubiy, fondateur du Parti national-social ukrainien, sur le modèle national-socialiste hitlérien, chef des brigades néonazies responsables d’assassinats et de féroces passages à tabac d’opposants politiques. C’est lui qui se congratulera avec le gouvernement italien sur le non-vote de la Résolution ONU sur le nazisme, dans la ligne de ce qu’il a déclaré à la télévision : “Le plus grand homme qui a pratiqué la démocratie directe a été Adolf Hitler”.

This article is about the role ideology actually played in World War II, the Cold War, and plays in today’s world. The links here provide access to deeper explorations, regarding each linked issue. Readers who aren’t interested in ideology won’t be interested in understanding that the US is now a certain type of fascist country, but that’s what’s explained here, for whomever is interested:
In every nation where an aristocracy exists, what really matters isn’t whether or not aristocrats possess official titles but whether they actually are the few individuals whom the government actually represents. If they are, then the government is an aristocracy, no democracy (which is where there is rule by no few people, but actually by a government that authentically represents all of the nation’s residents). And those few individuals (the actual aristocracy, or “Deep State,” which rules that country) are always the wealthiest in the land, who hire lobbyists and others to pay whomever needs to be paid in order to carry out their intention by means of the Government, via its legislature, chief executive, courts, police, and military. In other words: such a country is a dictatorship — and a corrupt one, at that. Dictatorship formerly used to be done as feudalism, during the Agrarian Age, but increasingly, in the Industrial Age, after 28 October 1922, it’s being done as fascism, which Mussolini sometimes called “corporationism”.
Both of those systems — feudalism and fascism — are typically carried out also internationally, by means of imperialism and conquest, and control over, and exploitation of, foreign countries, called colonies or vassal-nations. The difference between fascism and nazism is simply that nazism is racist fascism, but both of those ideologies impose rule over a nation by its aristocracy (the owners of the controlling blocs of stock in that nation’s major corporations) and therefore are dictatorships, not democracies. (Under feudalism, the aristocracy had control over land, instead of control over corporations. That’s the difference between feudalism and fascism.) The dictatorial government can never become a democracy unless conquered by their own public (in an authentic revolution, which can be either violent or non-violent) or else by a foreign democracy that seeks no empire. (If they’re defeated by yet another imperialistic regime, then the government will remain a dictatorship.)

A sua máquina militar está em movimento e, como disse, aproxima-se da nossa fronteira.

Porque é que isto está a acontecer? De onde veio esta forma insolente de falar que atinge o máximo do seu excepcionalismo, infalibilidade e permissividade? Qual é a explicação para esta atitude de desprezo e desdém pelos nossos interesses e exigências absolutamente legítimas?
