On January 15th, the Gallup World Poll issued its preliminary report for their upcoming “Rating World Leaders: 2021” report. It shows the results that have been tabulated for 60 of the 135 countries where they annually sample global public opinion about U.S. leadership. One especially clear finding from it is that when their final report for all 135 countries will be issued, it will show that among the three U.S. Presidencies on which Gallup has internationally surveyed — which are only the three U.S. Presidents in this century — Trump is clearly the one who is globally respected the least, even lower than George W. Bush was respected.

Here are the findings, in each of the 60 nations, and the percentage increase or decrease from Gallup’s last completed survey report, “Rating World Leaders: 2020”:

On December 17th, Gallup headlined “Biden Inherits a Battered U.S. Image Abroad”.

 

The Pew surveys have found the same thing: In almost all countries surveyed, other than Poland, public approval of America’s leadership plunged when Trump replaced Obama, and that low approval stayed down throughout Trump’s Presidency.

 

However, also on December 17th, the great investigative journalist David Sirota headlined at his “The Daily Poster” blog, “End The Austerity Loop”, and he documented that President Obama’s response to George W. Bush’s policies that had crashed the U.S. economy (and actually the entire world’s economy) had actually been to institute a bailout of the megabanks (“broker-dealers”), and — as soon as it was passed by Congress — Obama’s Administration refused to help the people who had been evicted from their homes as a result of what Wall Street had done. Obama said instead that all of the federal money had already been spent and he wouldn’t authorize increasing the federal debt even more than he already had authorized in order to bail out Wall Street.

 

Of course, Congress was also culpable in all of these Robin-Hood-in-reverse policies (protecting Wall Street while abandoning Main Street), but the ultimate leadership was at the top, and it was a policy of sheer hypocrisy. Trump has merely been hypocritical in a different way, and espousing a different set of excuses for his failures.

As the great anonymous investigative journalist who writes the “Moon Over Alabama” blog documented on October 9th, U.S. President Donald Trump signed, on October 8th, Executive Order 13902, which will apply crushing penalties to any entity which trades with Iran, and this will finally close off the entry of food and medicine into Iran, so as to complete the destruction of Iran that has already been done previously by Trump and the U.S. Congress (the sanctions resolutions), and by the global coronavirus epidemic. The writer points out also a possibility that a few countries, such as China, Russia, and perhaps even India, might be willing to suffer those crushing penalties, in order not to buckle to what they would view to be an international dictatorship — basically, in order to preserve their own national sovereignty (because they couldn’t preserve their independence while adhering to the dictates of a Government that is treating them as being an enemy). He also notes that this crushing blow to Iran could have been perpetrated particularly at the present time in order for Trump’s failing re-election campaign to be able to draw in enough financial donations “from the Zionist lobby” (basically, billionaires in the U.S. and Israel) so as to be able to increase his chances of re-election.

 

Trump would not have been able to win the Presidency in 2016 if he had not been backed by $82 million of political donations by the U.S-Israeli casino-operator Sheldon Adelson (plus many other Zionists, some of whom are Christians — in addition, of course, to other types of billionaires, who don’t happen to place Israel’s interests above all others).

 

Furthermore, the article that some speculate might have sparked Trump to think seriously about doing this, which was published as an opinion-piece in the Zionist Wall Street Journal on August 27th and titled “How the U.S. Can Finally Cut Off Tehran’s Financial Oxygen”, was written by Mark Dubowitz, CEO of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, which was founded by Adelson and other Zionist billionaires; and was co-written by Richard Goldberg, who is part of FDD’s “Team”; and the biography of Goldberg there states, about his time on the U.S. National Security Council, that, “On the NSC, Richard coordinated President Trump’s maximum pressure campaign on Iran.” So, perhaps Trump had been considering this action previously, and is doing it now, due only to the Presidential campaign.

 

In any case, this is yet another example of regime-change in action, from the U.S. Government, which had perpetrated a coup in Iran in 1953, in order to cut U.S.-and-allied oil companies in on Iran’s oil, just as that oil was being nationalized by Iran’s popular Prime Minister Mohammed Mosaddegh, who was a nationalist and a progressive, who (as a secular) was opposed by Iran’s clerics. That clergy ended up taking over the country when the U.S.-imposed dictator Shah finally became overthrown in 1979, which restoration of Iranian control has precipitated, ever since 1979, the U.S. Government’s determination to grab Iran, once again — a determination that is supported especially by the Governments in UK, Netherlands, and Israel. The countries of “the Seven Sisters” oil companies are owned and controlled by U.S., UK and Dutch, billionaires. Those companies are controlled by Christian billionaires. So, in the current operation (the current U.S.-Government operation for regime-change in a foreign country), it’s really a partnership between Christian and Jewish billionaires, which is now squeezing Iran so as to maximize the desperateness of the Iranian people, in order to force them to overthrow their existing Government, and bring back in foreign control, over their Government (and over their oil). 

 

However, for Donald Trump, right now, it is a desperate move for him to retain his Presidency over the United States, in order for him to continue to serve the interests of his chief financial backers. Joe Biden, by contrast, is backed by Democratic Party billionaires. Most of America’s oil billionaires are Republicans, not Democrats.

 

In America, the issues that are the most important to the public are not the issues that are the most important to the billionaires; and, so, the people who actually choose the two Parties’ Presidential and congressional nominees — which is being done in primaries — care little, if at all, about the problems that the American people face, since those billionaires make sure, in the primaries, that no candidate who aims to reign-in the powers of the billionaire-class will become a nominee of their Party. Whichever of the two nominees will win, will certainly fulfill his promises to his billionaire backers, and will likely not even push very hard to move forward toward realization his promises to the voters — which latter promises are typically waiting for decades (if ever) to be realized.

 

However bad this is for the American people, it is far worse for the populations in countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Iran, Venezuela, Iran, Russia, and China. But it is very good for U.S.-and-allied billionaires.

Perhaps more than anyone else, Jeb Bush organized the ‘electoral’ defeat of Donald Trump this year, and the installation of Joe Biden into the White House in 2021. 

 

Jeb had been the Florida Governor who engineered the “Brooks Brothers riot” that, with the help of Antonin Scalia on 9 December 2000, defeated Al Gore’s U.S. Presidential campaign, and installed George W. Bush into the U.S. Presidency on 20 January 2001. It was a carefully pre-organized ‘riot’ led by out-of-state Republicans who were being paid by the Republican National Committee — there was nothing spontaneous or even locally Floridian about it, except that the Governor and his subordinate who oversaw it, Kathleen Harris, were Florida officials. Perhaps more than anything else, this astroturf ‘grassroots Republican’ rebellion against the Florida vote-recount, and the follow-through of it by the Republican Supreme Court judges, made today’s USA what it now is. 

 

Jeb Bush holds a grudge that is obsessive, and he can’t forgive Trump for having wiped him out in the Republican U.S. Presidential primaries during 2016. He’s getting back at Trump, today, with another dark-money ‘grassroots Republican’ operation. (Republican billionaires, such as the Kochs, have been far more successful at funding Republican astroturf ‘grassroots’ organizations than Democratic ones have been.)

On Saturday night, and in their Sunday newspapers, the Washington Post and New York Times presented America’s central problem as being its current President, Donald Trump, and America’s central solution as being the next President, Joe Biden.

The Post headlined, “With Trump leading the way, America’s coronavirus failures exposed by record surge in new infections”, and they reported that their “portrait of a nation in crisis — and its failure to contain an epic pandemic — is based on interviews with 47 administration officials, lawmakers at the national and state level, congressional staff, federal and local health officials, public health experts and other current and former officials involved in the bungled and confused response.” Unless all propagandists for Trump and against Biden were simply being ignored by the Post’s propagandists, all that the Post’s ‘reporters’ had heard from their sources was that the problem is only Trump, and that any replacement of him would be its solution. Furthermore, “Trump … has been sliding in public polling and trailing Democratic rival Joe Biden, who is winning support from voters who disapprove of the president’s handling of the pandemic and the accompanying economic recession.” So, clearly, the Post’s anyone-but-Trump was referring, actually, to the Democratic Party’s Presidential nominee, Biden — he’s their ‘solution’. It was amusing to watch the emergence of this debate on the US-China stage. The Chinese were understandably unwilling to be blamed for the emergence of a virus in which they had no part, and thus reacted strongly to accusations the virus originated in a Wuhan lab. The Americans proved to be even more terrified at the possibility of scientific proof that the virus escaped from one of their bio-labs, and resorted to the only weapon they had which was to turn up the volume on blaming China. There were two main reasons for this state of affairs: (1) The US was the only country known to contain all the varieties that were being spread worldwide. (2) The US is the only nation in the world known to have repeatedly used biological weapons on other countries, beginning with North Korea and never ceasing. Of even more damning consequence is the known locations of about 400 American bio-weapons labs spread throughout the world, to say nothing of the pathetically-lax institution at Fort Detrick. (1) (2) (3)

Moreover, Trump recently claimed he could kill the entire population of Afghanistan within days. "Afghanistan would be wiped off the face of the Earth. It would be gone and this is not using nuclear. It would be over in - literally, in 10 days." Biological weapons would seem the only alternative. Hemorrhagic Fever and Hantavirus worked for the US in North Korea; perhaps also Afghanistan. (4) (5) (6) Mr. Trump later denied intention to carry out his threat, but let's dispense with the fiction of the US having no biological weapons and that Fort Detrick and the 400 foreign labs  are performing only benevolent "peace medicine" functions. If it were China with the above history and SARS, MERS, AIDS, EBOLA, bird flu, swine flu, and COVID-19 first erupted in the US, the Americans would claim this as 100% proof that China was responsible. It cannot be a surprise that much of the world today is naturally tending to lay these outbreaks at America's doorstep.

But returning to our topic of man-made COVID-19 or COVID-20, it seems everyone has been a little too eager to dismiss the possibility (or probability) of these viruses having a (human) helping hand.

Fue divertido ver el surgimiento de este debate en el escenario de EE.UU.-China. Es comprensible que los chinos no quisieran ser culpados por la aparición de un virus con el que no tenían nada que ver, y por lo tanto reaccionaron con fuerza a las acusaciones de que el virus se originó en un laboratorio de Wuhan. Si fuera China la que tuviera los antecedentes mencionados, y el SARS, el MERS, el SIDA, el ÉBOLA, la gripe aviar, la gripe porcina y el COVID-19 aparecieran por primera vez en los EE.UU., los estadounidenses afirmarían que eso es una prueba al 100% de que China era responsable. No puede ser sorprendente que gran parte del mundo actual tienda naturalmente a poner estos brotes en las puertas de América.

Pero volviendo a nuestro tema de los COVID-19 o COVID-20 producidos por el hombre, parece que todo el mundo ha estado un poco demasiado ansioso por descartar la posibilidad (o probabilidad) de que estos virus tengan una mano amiga (humana).

Some people say that Hillary Clinton had no achievements as the U.S. Secretary of State; but that view is factually false. She had a huge and enduring impact, on at least three countries, as will here be documented via the links:

HONDURAS:

When the dozen oligarchs who control Honduras overthrew Honduras’s popular democratically elected President Manuel Zelaya on 28 June 2009, and installed a military junta which set about exterminating its opposition, the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was able, alone of officials in the Western Hemisphere, to keep that regime in power (despite efforts by all other governments in the Hemisphere to restore the legal government), by arranging increased military and economic aid to the new government. Soon afterward, Honduras had the world’s highest murder-rate, and a surging outflow of poor people through Mexico into the United Sates as refugees from the exploding violence at home.

As Vice News reported on 9 September 2014: “Overall, illegal immigration from Central America has risen about 500% since late 2010. Families, single moms, and children, are a larger and larger share of people who make the long, and potentially dangerous trek through Mexico, to the United States. More child migrants are now coming from San Pedro Sula Honduras and surrounding areas [the Bajo Aguán Valley], than anyplace else in Central America; and, as ordinary Hondurans told us over and over again, the outflow is being fueled by an explosive mix of violence, poverty, and inequality.” The democratically elected President Manuel Zelaya, whom Hillary Clinton’s Honduran friends had overthrown, had been trying to impose land reform and other measures which were addressed to meeting the needs of the millions of Honduras’s poor, but the new Honduran government viewed the Honduran masses as trash, and eliminated President Zelaya’s programs to help them.

America’s two political Parties have produced Donald Trump as the Republican nominee, and Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee — the voters are offered by the American system only those two as the possible next President and Commander-in-Chief.

Here is some of the verbal evidence against each, indicating rather clearly his psychopathy; and the crisis is that both are clearly psychopaths:

TRUMP:

"People said to me, 'Why are you staying in Syria,'" Trump said Tuesday. "Because I kept the oil, which frankly we should have done in Iraq," he added, to cheers and applause from the audience.

“We’re keeping the oil. We have the oil. The oil is secure. We left troops behind only for the oil."

Feb. 24: “The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA.” 

March 11: “I think we’re going to get through it very well.”

May 5: “I’m viewing our great citizens of this country to a certain extent and to a large extent as warriors. They’re warriors. We can’t keep our country closed. We have to open our country.”

May 13 (about Trump, from a close acquaintance): “Says George Conway, a Republican lawyer who is married to Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s senior counsellor: ‘In my view he is a sociopath and a malignant narcissist.’”

On May 19th, Donald Trump presented to the World Health Organization (the U.N.’s health-organization), in a brief letter that included no sources but only allegations, essentially a promise that after 30 days he will “make my temporary freeze of United States funding to the World Health Organization permanent and reconsider our membership in the organization” (unless the WHO will “demonstrate independence from China” by, basically, blaming China for Covid-19, which is not likely to happen).

His very first allegation was: “The World Health Organization consistently ignored credible reports of the virus spreading in Wuhan in early December 2019 or even earlier, including reports from the Lancet medical journal.”

Die 30 NATO-Außenminister (Luigi Di Maio für Italien) (1)  kamen am 2. April per Videokonferenz zusammen und beauftragten US-General Tod Wolters, den Obersten Alliierten Befehlshaber in Europa, "die notwendige militärische Unterstützung zur Bekämpfung der Coronavirus-Krise zu koordinieren".

Es ist derselbe General, der am 25. Februar im Senat der Vereinigten Staaten erklärte, dass „die Nuklearstreitkräfte jede militärische Operation der USA in Europa unterstützen“ und „ich bin ein Fan einer flexiblen Politik des Ersteinsatzes“ von Kernwaffen, d.h. eines nuklearen Überraschungsangriffs(2) ("Dr. Strangelove kümmert sich um unsere Gesundheit", Il manifesto, 24. März). (3)

General Wolters ist der Oberbefehlshaber der NATO als Leiter des Europäischen Kommandos der Vereinigten Staaten. Er ist somit Teil der Befehlskette des Pentagons, die absolute Priorität hat. Seine strengen Regeln werden durch eine jüngste Episode bestätigt: Der Kommandant des Flugzeugträgers Roosevelt, Brett Crozier, wurde seines Kommandos enthoben, weil er angesichts der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus an Bord gegen die militärische Geheimhaltung verstieß, indem er Hilfsgüter forderte. (4)

Um die "Coronavirus-Krise zu bekämpfen", hat General Wolters "für militärische Flüge schnellste Wege durch den europäischen Luftraum geschaffen", während zivile Flüge fast verschwunden sind.

Die schnellsten Wege werden auch von den strategischen US-Bombern B2-Spirit für Nuklearangriffe genutzt: Am 20. März starteten sie vom englischen Fairford aus und flogen zusammen mit norwegischen F-16-Kampfflugzeugen in die Arktis in Richtung russisches Territorium. (5)  Auf diese Weise - so erklärt General Basham, stellvertretender Kommandeur der US-Luftwaffe in Europa - "können wir schnell und effektiv auf Bedrohungen in der Region reagieren und unsere Entschlossenheit demonstrieren, unsere Kampfkraft überall auf der Welt einzusetzen".(6)

Während sich die NATO dem "Kampf gegen das Coronavirus" in Europa verschrieben hat, schickten zwei der wichtigsten europäischen Bündnispartner, Frankreich und Großbritannien, ihre Kriegsschiffe in die Karibik.

Das amphibische Sturmschiff Dixmund segelte am 3. April von Toulon nach Französisch-Guayana zu einer, wie Präsident Macron es nennt, "beispiellosen militärischen Operation", die im Rahmen des "Kriegs gegen das Coronavirus" als "Resilienz" bezeichnet wird.  (7) 

Dixmund kann die sekundäre Funktion eines Lazarettschiffes mit 69 Betten und 7 für die Intensivpflege übernehmen. Die Hauptfunktion dieses großen Schiffes, 200 m lang und mit einem Flugdeck von 5000 m², ist die eines amphibischen Angriffs: Nähert es sich der feindlichen Küste, greift es mit Dutzenden von Hubschraubern und Landungsbooten an, die Truppen und gepanzerte Fahrzeuge transportieren.

Ähnliche Merkmale, wenn auch in kleinerem Maßstab, hat das britische Schiff RFA Argus, das am 2. April nach Britisch-Guyana fuhr. (8)

Die beiden europäischen Schiffe werden in denselben karibischen Gewässern in der Nähe von Venezuela in Stellung gehen, wo die Kriegsflotte ankommt - mit den modernsten Küstenkampfschiffen (ebenfalls von der italienischen Leonardo Company für die US-Marine gebaut) und Tausenden von Marinesoldaten - die von Präsident Trump offiziell entsandt wurden, um den Drogenhandel zu stoppen.  (9)

Er wirft dem venezolanischen Präsidenten Maduro vor, "die Coronavirus-Krise auszunutzen, um den Drogenhandel zu steigern, mit dem er seinen Drogenstaat finanziert". Ziel der Operation, die von der NATO unterstützt wird, ist die Verschärfung des Embargos, um Venezuela (ein Land mit den größten Ölreserven der Welt), dessen Situation durch das sich ausbreitende Coronavirus noch verschärft wird, wirtschaftlich zu strangulieren.  

Ziel ist die Absetzung des regulär gewählten Präsidenten Maduro (auf dessen Kopf die USA eine Belohnung in Höhe von 15 Millionen Dollar  (10) ausgesetzt haben) und die Einsetzung einer Regierung, die das Land in den Einfluss der US-Dominanz bringt. Es kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass ein Zwischenfall als Vorwand für die Invasion Venezuelas herbeigeführt wird.

Die Coronavirus-Krise schafft günstige internationale Bedingungen für eine Operation dieser Art, die vielleicht als "humanitär" dargestellt wird.
